I place an order that cost me 180 euro. After a few days something had gone wrong with the delivery.
And a day after I received my order. But from the 7 products that I ordered, only 2 were in the package.
I know this is probably the fault of the dpd delivery service.
But it still is the resposibility of the comany that the package arrives at the customer.
But HugeSupplements doesn't care about this fact.

It has now been a month since I've ordered and there hasn't been any progress made. I also haven't heard anything from them in 10 days.

Products are of high quality but just hope that nothing will go wrong, cuz you'll lose your expensive products.

Everytime I call for advice on weight loss, product use, muscle gain or even workouts, this team gives me answers that I can use and always in easy to understand instructions. I am in awe of the level of service from Huge Supplements.

After ordering I realized I put the wrong delivery address in but the Huge Supplement customer support team was quick to respond and get that fixed for me without having the cancel the order.

I placed an order on July 5th and still the order hasn't been shipped.

Whenever approached the customer service,

The shipment was a week late and when I tried to get help a person named Joseph responded blaming the post office. Seeing that the emails from him were coming around midnight leads me to believe that he is not in the United States.

He kept giving me useless apologies but took no repsonsibility. This has delayed my training for a meet by a week. In addition when the product finally arrived it looks like it was used in a soccer practice. The box was severely damaged and looked like someone had stepped on it multiple times. I have ordered from Huge in the past but this will the final time. I find it difficult to believe that the 5 star reviews are real and not done by bots. I would recommend to stay far away from them and find a reliable supplier.

I actually had to file a chargeback with Visa to get their attention

Excellent costumer service, my package was stolen from my porch door and HUGE supplements sent me a replacement even when it was delivery issue. I started taking the supplements and so far so good.

Joseph helped me figure out my order it was a bad batch and he helped me get a replacement and the replacement was way better thanks joseph!!!

Ordered from the EU (netherlands) this week (before reading all the reviews on truspilot) so i was a bit sceptic. package arrived 3 days after ordering and everything was complete. products: wrecked pre/ wrecked enraged/ huge shaker. tried the wrecked pre today and had a great legday, taste was sour and not the best but is was okay, effects of the pre were amazing, it even kinda remembered me of the Old Battlefield with DM*A.
