I am very happy with the service I receive from Houst, in particular the speed of their response to any issues and problem solving. Excellent communication and service.

Houst has proactively managed my 2 short term rental properties and I’ve been happy with their services.

The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Kennington Underground Station and another 5-minute walk to Walworth Road, where you’ll find all the shops you might need as well as convenient bus stops. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

The apartment itself is very cosy and fully equipped with all the listed amenities. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family, and I would happily book again when visiting London.

Travelling to the city centre is very easy from Kennington Station, with the Northern Line taking only about 15 minutes to reach Tottenham Court Road (Oxford Street).

The host is also extremely responsive and helpful—even with things beyond the apartment.
