Great place to stay. Very clean and homely. Loved the balcony to sit with a brew or watch the world go by. Plenty of food eateries and shops to get what is required. Thank you.

Great place, clean big, and very close to the train station

Spotless home, team is super fast to respond to any queries, before and during the stay. And they were very clear with their instructions.

Julie and team was very helpful throughout the whole process , quick responses and always kept me updated , it was a pleasant experience , the house was very clean and better than expected, great location.

Houst are truly great, a very hard working team, always on hand immediately to sort any issues and will quickly and efficiently resolve any guest or property issues. I enjoy working with their team and would highly recommend them!

I had one of the most amazing stays in London. The flat was well-decorated and every detail mattered. The cleanliness of the flat was unmatched! Besides the availability of all amenities that could be ever needed. It felt like home, I haven’t struggled with anything which makes it perfect for my future visits.

Lovely quiet street, nice and clean bungalow that is near to city centre and the outlet.

We had initially a good impression of Houst. Everything started off well. However, with the first couple of bookings it became clear that the management and communication of the company is appalling. We were very patient with them, trying to identify and improve on the issues. Despite this, there were consistently the same issues, no communication or at best a very long communication chain to the guests who needed specific information about the property. Bad reviews started coming in. Around the time we gave up and decided to put a stop our contract with Houst our property was under investigation by Airbnb. Houst told us they are handling it bit we never heard what the issue was. It was never resolved. We stopped our contract and started hosting ourselves. All our guests loved their stag with us and have left five star reviews across all categories. And the results? Airbnb has now removed our listing because it is the same address as the previous listing which has had issues. We appealed that management has changed but their decision stays firm.

If you want to ever successfully host your place as an Airbnb don't EVER think about collaborating with Houst. They will ruin your chances of it literally forever.
