Excellent experience with the team at House Sales Direct. Great communication and prompt responses. Sandy was particularly helpful, answered all questions and provided the information requested in a timely manner

Was going slow then Josh took over my case and the experiience was a lot easier as he gave me updates weekly then updates sometimes twice a week so as to keep me in the loop even having to push solicitors he was very professional and friendly keep the good work up Josh Thain

Following a complicated and frustrating start to the process, Will stepped in, bringing much-needed structure and clarity. He has been proactive and consistent with regular contact throughout, and has helped to rebuild trust and keep things moving towards completion.

Been dealing with Sumaiya who is amazing delivers a five star service so helpful with everything. Her friendly professional manner is a real asset.

I am receiving calls from this company daily 2 or3 times I have asked repeatedly to stop calling I do not want to sell.my house or have ever had any dealings with them so please STOP

I initially contacted this company as I was considering selling my property. They were unable to meet the price I wanted, so I declined their offer. Shortly after, I received another call from someone claiming they could match my asking price. I asked several questions and was clearly told there was no obligation and no fees involved unless a surveyor was booked.

Following this, I was repeatedly pressured with calls to sign a contract. At the time, I was driving on the motorway and had to stop at a service station to review what was sent to me via text. The link I received only showed a signature box with no visible terms or contract details. I raised this concern and was sent the link again, but the same issue occurred. I questioned fees again and was reassured there would be no charges unless I proceeded further. Based on this, I signed but made it clear I needed time to think.

By that Friday, I decided not to proceed and informed the manager directly. I was reassured again that no fees were payable.

However, I have now been issued an invoice for £1,500 and have noticed searches on my credit file, along with threats of a CCJ. This is extremely concerning, especially as I have tried multiple times to contact the company via email and have received no response. No contact numbers either!!!

This experience has been very stressful and feels misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. I am now seeking an urgent resolution to this matter.

This is my first experience dealing with HouseSaleDirect, and so far I have no complaints. From the initial viewing to the acceptance of my offer, the process has been smooth. I am now moving on to the next stage with the solicitors.

Alex has been exceptionally helpful -answering all my questions and making the whole process quick and straightforward.

Never turned up to the house viewing no call nothing and we travelled over 50 miles to the property we wanted to view

I have just proceeded with the next stage of house sale with House Sales Direct and Sumaiya was an absolute dream to work with. She managed the go between with myself and the solicitors and even helped with some miscommunication in regards to ID documents and our personal situation that had already been cleared up. She made everything seamless, absolute angel!

Highly recommend. Fantastic service from start to finish. The team are very professional and outline every detail and are always there when you need them. A very special thank you to Jordan for taking us through the process smoothly, he really did make it a pleasant experience and nothing was too much to ask, and all our questions were answered promptly! We are currently dealing with Tenisha at House Sales Firect on a property and she has been fantastic. Tenisha is quick to call, message and answer all questions. So far I would 100% recommend and use Tenisha as first point of contact for any house purchase interest. House Sales Direct seems like a really good company to deal with and we are hoping Tenisha will get us a new home later this week.

Jordan (SALES) was personable, efficient and handled my enquiry in a refreshingly clear and concise way. He phoned back when he said he would and ensured we were connected to their local rep. Our enquiry was a little complicated, but that didn't faze him. Top marks here. PS I rarely write reviews so that says it all.
