Bought this diving watch as a gift and it looked really smart I think the only thing that let it down was the packaging doesn't showcase the item to its best.

absolutely terrible service
absolutely terrible service. I go online and search for a watch. £270 listed. oh cool okay £30 cheaper than anywhere else. click the link.. £300. already misleading. they say to just type in a discount code to get it cheaper so i add it to my basket and bang they offer me a free gift. cool okay i accept the necklace thing and go to checkout. i enter the discount code and they take the free gift away. this is pure bull from this terrible click bait company. shouldn’t be allowed to sell anything. won’t be buying from them ever if that’s the way they try to entice people in. horrendous. why can’t they just make the price £270 to begin with instead of this misleading bullsh*t.

Odpowiedź od House of Watches
Hi
We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
With regard to the price you saw, we would need to know which watch you were looking at so that we can investigate this for you. If the price was obtained through a Google search or other search engine, please be aware that prices displayed there may not always reflect our current live website pricing, as search engine results can take time to update.
In relation to the promotional offer, our terms and conditions clearly state that only one promotional offer can be applied per order. This means that when a discount code is applied, it may replace another promotion or free-gift offer already applied to the basket.
We appreciate that this may have been frustrating and apologise for any confusion caused. Had you contacted us before placing the order, we would have been happy to clarify which promotion offered the best value for you.
If you could provide us with the watch reference or product you were looking at, we would be happy to look into the pricing you saw and investigate this further.
Kind regards,
House Of Watches
