Terrible product, genuinely. You should avoid and you'll regret it if you don't. Bluetooth pairing basically doesn't work, and when it occasionally does, volume so quiet you can't listen. Customer service appalling.

A tragedy that this company is abusing the great Bob Marley's name to flog rubbish.

26th feb reported a problem (one channel wouldn't power up) with my new speakers , happy that I received a reply so promptly on the same day suggesting that I try their suggested method of getting started ( i'd used the supplied instructions and tried troubleshooting advice online already ) I tried again numerous times to amend my connection fault to no avail .
Their reply suggests
If the problem persists, we would appreciate if you could please provide us with the following information:

- Batch Code: the batch code is a 4-digit number that can be found on the underside or back of your speakers.
- A short video showing the issue.

All of which I've now done (sent 9th March) their website promises

Whilst every effort is made to respond to all messages as soon as possible, during busy periods this could take up to 3 working days.

16th March now and still patiently waiting on a reply (After contacting them again they replied with a suggestion I check my spam folder , OOPS two replies in there one the 10th March one 15th March both asking for me to return my faulty speakers ) Very happy to report I've now just received a (brand new) replacement set of speakers.

Beware of pre orders. Six weeks and counting for the premium bin in natural. No updates on prospective delivery. Item remains on pre-order on the website.

Purchased the Revolution Bluetooth Turntable to pair with a Bose speaker. Easy to order and received a first purchase discount! Packaged beautifully and it was a shame to remove it from the box. Paired with the speaker easily and sound is great. Just what I was looking for.

The stir it up turntable doesn’t actually connect to Bluetooth speakers nor does it allow headphone connection directly into the Jack. Essentially it is a pretty ornament that resembles a turntable. They do not deserve to be using the Marley name as a brand for this product.

As like many other customers, turntable stops working, and the return process is impossible. Tin pot company avoid avoid avoid

Poor service, my delivery is with Evri and has been for 9 days, no update as to when it will be delivered and no response from customer service!

Claim to be sustainable but don’t tell you how much plastic is in the packaging.

Great LP player. I didnt bought the speakers tho, cause fo the many bad reviews. I do love the materials(recycled), the design and it works great, for the bit of money you spend. Ofcourse, for the veterans this is probably beginnersstuff.
but to start with it is great! And i say that as an sceptic.

I wish I could say I had the best experience with House of Marleys but something has changed severely. Their products are terrible, terrible sound, terrible quality. I was a huge fan once and this has been awful. Had Smile Jamaica in ears, and they broke on me. They had great quality/weight and sound for exercise. They're alternative V2 is awful - thin bit of string and a tinny sound. Was given 30% off of them due to my last ones breaking and now only being offered a refund. Officially the end of my love for House of Marleys...

Turntable keeps stopping . Brought as a set with speakers but as I've had the speakers out of the box and used them obviously with the turntable they won't let me return them with the turntable which I'm still trying to return. I've never had so much trouble trying to return something. Bloody awful company will never buy from here again. Avoid this company at all cost .

First turntable turned up with a split in it. 2nd turntable was unable to play without jumping. Was returned and confirmed as faulty. 3rd turntable turned up with exactly the same fault. Very poor customer service in terms of showing concern or solutions. Refunded after the initial purchase 10 weeks ago. Avoid at all costs

Firstly the Bluetooth turntable arrived beautifully packed with pair of fantastic Bluetooth speakers. Bought as a set at just under £300.
When we set it all up worked grate with the speaker's wired up but the Bluetooth on the turntable will not operate.
We followed the instructions on Bluetooth set up from paper work, very hard to understand then followed the instructions on from the internet then from YouTube.
The Bluetooth on the turntable is not working (no blue light). My wife emailed house of Marley several times. We where giving everyone increasing hoops to jump through I have had to email them same response. Now we don't just want a replacement turntable but our money back as house of Marley can't be trusted. I WOULD NEVER BY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS ROBBING COMPANY. The turntable and speakers look grate but just don't work as advertised.

I've tried 3 times over 10 years buying headphones here and each time they break for various reasons after either a few months or a year ish...

Wife bought me the stir it up turntable...worked fine for a few months now theres no control over the speed...45rpm spins at 46-49 and 33.3 spins at 43-45 googled and seems a common issue no response from customer service its a write off 😳

I bought this turntable and speaker combo a year ago. The sound quality was poor, but I assumed I hadn't set it up correctly. When I had someone round to have a look at it, they showed me the stylus needle was bent. I got in touch with House of Marley, who did not offer an apology/refund or replacement. They told me they were out of stock of replacements and a new one would come in soon. I kept an eye on the website, no replacement was posted. When eventually the listing for the stylus on the website was removed I got in touch only to be sent a link to amazon to buy a replacement. I did so, but they've advised the wrong one. £355.93 for a turntable and speakers I can't use, customer services who aren't interested, and another £16 for a replacement stylus that doesn't fit. Avoid at all costs, I wish I had!

I purchased ‘Little Bird ear buds’ and the instructions are indecipherable and useless at best. It’s hit and miss on whether the ear buds work and I wished I had never purchased them.
The website is useless and doesn’t give any better clarity.
Customer service at the company is non existent.

My order has not been delivered and it is now 3 weeks later. Customer Service took 2 days to ask for address and phone number even though I gave them the order number. A further day passed and they said as they had shipped the package it will be delivered soon. I queried this and received an email stating my query had been passed to another team who will reply within 7 working days. Utterly terrible customer service and I still don't have my item. You get the impression they don't understand what customer service is.

Disaster of a company. Bought a turntable from amazon. Developed a fault after 5 months and amazon directed me to their support. Support replied to me basically telling me they dont care. Told me to contact amazon, nothing to do with them or just buy a new part. For somthing of this price, breaking within 5 months. Absolute disgrace.

Ich habe In Ear-Kopfhörer bestellt, bei welchen schon nach 2 Monaten das Kabel aus der Stoff-Umhüllung gerutscht ist. Der Kundenservice will mir den Kaufbetrag nicht rückerstatten, weil „die 30 Tage Rückgabefrist verstrichen sind“. Ich könne mir nur ein neues Paar Kopfhörer aussuchen - leider gäbe es meine Farbe aber nicht mehr. Meiner Meinung nach ist das nicht rechtens.

Update: Auch nach 4 Wochen Email-Kontakt hat der Kundenservice das Problem nicht auf die Reihe bekommen. Ich werde damit vertröstet, dass meine Farbe bald wieder lieferbar sei.
