Only part of the delivery turned up I have speakers but no Turntable. This is a gift for my son. House of Marly have no number to call. I have filled out their online form and emailed them directly. I still have had now reply. Unfortunately the delivery company they use are useless and despite chasing them its still not been found.

Set up the player and speakers and nothing seems to work. Can’t get the speakers to connect via Bluetooth. Whole system is faulty and have had nothing back from customer service. Want to return it but can’t until customer service get back to me.

Fast delivery well packed great price.These were for My Son who is autistic so the headphones are very important to Him so have to be replaced with exactly the same ones. This is the fourth pair We have bought and can highly recommend this brand. the sound is sharp and clear and the wire can be replaced if it gets broken by accident as happened with His.

Delivery disappeared and customer services very slow till now I still don’t know where did my money or product is holy

Daughter brought a goodmans turntable as she started collecting vinyl and it was absolutely shocking, skipping sounded absolutely awful so we returned it.

She decided not to bother with this hobby as it ruined it for her. I went to HMV and brought her a House of Marley turntable with speakers and said try this, well, she was blown away with the sound quality and started dancing with happiness. So a big 5 stars from me!

The turntable I bought online was dead on arrival. The board that holds the power socket was installed crookedly so the plug couldn't push on properly. House of Marley have refused to refund or replace it.
Poor quality control and even worse customer support.

Terrible company. Ordered something from their site and paid next day delivery, its is now over a week and still not arrived, I contacted them as was given the tracking number and told to wait.

Absolutely the worst quality earbuds I have ever used. And I tried a few. These are already a nightmare to even take out of their case.. unparalleled levels of unpracticality. Constantly disconnects for unknown reasons, I need at least 3 minutes to make them connect properly to my phone over bluetooth. Often, 1 of 2 earbuds disconnects. Most of all, the audio quality is sub par. Sad dynamic range, weak bass, just weak and flat overall, and the high frequencies don’t even come through. It’s like no one ever tested them. I wish I could give 0 stars

The Stir it Up vinyl player never emitted a sound from the moment it was plugged in. I contacted customer services explaining that the speakers were working (with any other playing device other than the Stir it Up vinyl player) but the player was not emitting a sound, neither in pre-amp mode nor when clearly connected to the bluetooth speakers; first they made up an excuse that they needed a video sent by email (yes, they think it is possible to send a phone video via email despite the size!), then once I finally managed to send the video they simply stopped responding. It's been a month since my purchase so I don't even know whether I can receive a refund or at least some assistance to fix the problem, that is if they ever respond again. I've actually realised that there are plenty of equally beatiful and way more reliable vinyl players for half the cost out there, I just found out too late - but you are still in time not to make my mistake!

Turntable stopped working. Company promised refund as it is still under warranty - several weeks later no updates, no refund. Would definitely not recommend them.

J'ai eu pratiquement après deux semaines la perte de une de mes deux enceintes qui a lâché elle ne chargeait plus et maintenant plus rien ne fonctionne alors n'acheter jamais ce produit car vraiment trop de mauvaise qualité triste car elle sont jolie a regarder sauf que c'est beaucoup trop fragile

Bei den Kopfhörern Positive Vibration 2 löst sich das Kunstleder beim Schaumstoffpolster nach knapp 1.5 Jahren ab.
Nach House of Marley gibt es kein Ersatzprodukt. Auf Amazon konnten welche gefunden werden.
So schade, muss ich mich jetzt entscheiden, eigentlich noch sehr gute Kopfhörer zu entsorgen oder bei Amazon etwas zu bestellen. Vor allem da House of Marley so tut, als seien sie eine nachhaltige Firma.
Sehr enttäuschend.

Der Klang der Kopfhörer ist sehr gut, doch das Gesamtprodukt ist durch diesen Mangel dennoch nichts wert.

Our "Get Together" mobile BT speaker onboard battery charger burned, for some reason: no more charging, and external power is shorted.
We tried to buy a new complete PCB (charger is not on a separate PCB on this version), but nope, no way to buy one at the official company store: throw away the whole damaged speaker and buy a new one.
Indeed, this is a very eco-friendly (bamboo wood, natural hemp fabric,…), and eco-responsible company (dump and re-buy).
Pure green washing?
Don’t get fooled: major companies (JBL, Bose, Marshall, …) are much better at fixing stuff.

Do not buy this stuff. It doesn’t work and customer support is nonexistent .

Bambooastic! Excellent sound quality plus sleek bamboo design, friendly to the environment, ticks all the boxes !

I bought a mini-Get Together Speaker purely because of the so-called sustainability of the brand but after just over a year the charging port has completely failed and it is now just an expensive, useless ornament. No product that lasts just over a year can claim to be "sustainable" - I have reached out the Company to ask how best it can be mended but they have, so far, avoided the question ... I just think it's terrible.
