Flowers were much smaller and not fresh at all compared to what was shown in the image I purchased. Overpriced for getting old flowers.

The order was not what I ordered, it was much smaller and some of flowers were wilted, tried contacting and even sent pictures, I was told thry were going to look into it and get back yo me for a refund and it has now been 6 days and no response. I will NEVER use this service again.

Balloon a week late!
EDIT: The company responded. Proactive business management includes communicating with the customer as soon as you realize there is an issue. Reactive management includes responding to a review because someone complained. Which do you think is better? If there was a problem, contact the customer and make it right BEFORE they write a review.

The flowers were delivered same day, and were beautiful. The balloon, however, arrived almost A WEEK LATE. The patient happened to still be in the hospital, but I paid for same day delivery for ALL items, not some.

So frustrating
So frustrating! They act like they are the gift shop in the hospital. Nope! When my family member's discharged got moved up, all I got was recording when I reached out to customer service. No one ever called back. I have no idea which florist they used so no way to contact the people trying to catch the patient before leaving. Just call a local florist directly and leave out the middle man. I completely regret using this service. at this point the flowers are at the hospital front desk and my cousin is being wheeled out of the building. My only hope for help is that a local volunteer at the hospital catches them. Just what is needed at a stressful time - more stress from this useless service.

The delivery was never made at the hospital. They said they couldn’t deliver to icu and she was moved to a regular room on a Friday morning and I went online to verify the order and got a message they don’t work on Saturday and Sunday and then she was sent home Tuesday and never got them. They said I would get a full refund due to their mistake but yet they are still charging me. The flowers they send out by another service were dead and wilted. Very disappointed

It's a Good Service.
I ordered flowers and a box of chocolate for my son and his wife and new baby, born in another state. The flowers came within a day and were beautiful. The chocolates never arrived, for an unknown reason but they credited my account. Being so far away, I was happy to be able to send a gift to the hospital.

I placed my order the night before for same-day delivery. The order is still in processing. The reason I chose this higher-priced option was due to same-day delivery. I could have gone with a local florist and had a more beautiful bouquet delivered ontime.

Worst experience
Worst experience. Will never order from this company again. Kept getting excuses on why delivery was not made after other deliveries were made at same time. Delivery finally made at patients house a day later.
