I ordered on this site because it was for same day delivery but the order was delivered 2 days late. Patient was already checked out. When asked for a refund, I was told that I could have store credit so I had to have the order redirected.

The flower were promised same day-bad delivery service
The flower were promised same day. Was delivered to the MAIN hospital front desk instead of the childrens hospital area when a room number was provided. The ballon arrived late the same day and the flowers had to go be found at the other desk.

Not the convenience you are hoping for
My flowers were not delivered in a timely manner. Ordered on Friday - delivered on Sunday after the patient had been discharged. We believed that ordering directly from the hospital gift shop would make things easier. We were wrong.

My niece never received her balloons. Even though I left a message for them to return to locate it or refund my money, I have yet to receive a call back. I will never do business with this place again

The flowers were delightful and delivered in a timely in a timely manner however the website is misleading. I thought i was ordering from the Red Deer Hospital Gift shop not an American company. I would not have ordered knowing it is a US company.

The flowers I ordered were much larger and fuller than the ones delivered. The flowers delivered were not much larger than a Starbucks cup. Very embarrassing.

Have ordered from Hospitalgiftshop.com more than once. Their website makes it easy and their customer service makes it better! Great at communicating (via text which is awesome) and they wait to deliver flowers until patients are out of the ICU or in a space where flowers can be received.
