My experience with Hop Health's gastric sleeve surgery in Turkey was revolutionary. Hop made this journey so easy and stress free. Eda had been with me since day 1, matching me with dr Bora Ozel for my rhinoplasty, chin lipo and ear lobe reconstruction surgery. Everything was performed at the same time at a reasonable cost. The transfers from the hotel to the clinic and airport were spectacular. The apartment I was staying in was lovely and Eda also helped me pick this out. Eda was there before and after my surgery and attended all appointments with me which made the whole experience so easy! 10/10 will be using this service again and if you can ask to be matched with Eda I definitely would!

Ich habe eine Brustvergrösserung gemacht und bin sehr zufrieden. Yunus war mein erster Kontakt von der Agentur. Er hat sich sofort bei mir gemeldet, jede Frage beantwortet und vorab beraten. Hilfreich war auch der Videocall mit dem operierenden Arzt Dr Ufuk Erdem im Krankenhaus. Mit dem VIP Paket wurde ich komplett perfekt betreut. Über Transfer zum Krankenhaus, einem riesigen Einzelzimmer wie eine Suite, persönlicher Dolmetscher vor Ort, Organisation von Hotel und Reisebegleitung wie ein Freund.
Das alles wurde von HOP organisiert und begleitet. Ich würde alles wieder so machen und kann HOP wirklich weiterempfehlen.

I have been searching for a surgeon to help improve the look of my nose for some time and also the breathing issues, I do find Hop Health and get in touch with Berkay a senior consultant, which recommends as their best surgeon for my case, a secondary rhinoplasty, to be Dr. Metin Yildirim. I did request a few examples of previous surgeries to ensure the Dr would be truly skilled in achieving what I have requested, they have convinced me and recommended that by using a part of my rib he can reconstruct at the level I want the nose. I pay the advance money and sign the contract, all inclusive, travel to Turkey for the surgery and the experience starts to become negative, waited for almost 1 hour outside the airport in cold with no access to communication, when they have said someone will be waiting for us, we arrive at the hotel in the middle of the night to find the room in a dirty disgusting state especially the bathroom, due to the lateness in the night we had to sleep in the room until the second day when they have asked us to pay extra to move us to a more acceptable hotel. We went for my consultation on the day of the surgery where we have paid the rest of the money. I did clearly discussed again my realistic expectations of the surgery where I am being told that this will be achieved and I will be happy. After over 5 hours in the surgery with face pain and rib pain I wake up and due to swelling I do not realise any issues with my nose, I recover for the following days and on my last day I go to the final face to face consultation and bandage removal where i can notice a slight improvement but not much and they have mentioned it seems this way due to the swelling and once the swelling will go down I will be able to notice the results I have requested, they have also shown me some images taken of my nose right after the surgery where everything look as I was expecting, just to realise as I arrive home back in the Uk, that as the swelling was going down the look of the nose did not match what they have shown me in the images, clearly they have photoshopped my own nose to give me the illusion that will be the end result, even my breathing did not improve, and I have started demanding explanations and solutions, just to be ignored by Berkay and later to be pushed over to Eda, her saying Berkay has quit his job in the company and no longer works there, hence why the delay in my reply, they do admit the surgery is not what they have promised and they have asked me to wait completion of 1 year in order to return for correction surgery, but to pay for transportation, car and hotel myself. This people are a scam, they photoshop images, they lie and pretend, btw Berkay still works in the company, they ignored completely the issue I am in, they did not even bother to contact for the 6 months checkup as written in the contract. Do not use them if you want a stress free experience and a real successful surgery. The company has manipulative staff and photoshop images on social media.

Berkay was my primary contact when it came to the surgery and the reccomended doctor. My results have exceeded My expectations ten fold. I have already reccomended this to my friends who hope to get it done some day. Procedure went perfectly great without any hiccups. 2 weeks post op and I'm in love with my new nose. Berkay supported me throughout and Dr metim was the best person for the job to get me my dream nose.

The immediate contact from HOP over WhatsApp was the thing that helped more than anything, went above and beyond to help me out and put all my questions to the surgeon and replying back immediately.
The Operation the Hospital the cars that picked me up all fantastic and professional, The hotel was good clean and safe.
