I love the search engine options to find the right & best rug for my needs. The rugs arrived & look terrific, and feel great. I wanted small washable cotton rugs for the 2 sliding glass doors we have. I had some used rubber to prevent sliding on our tile floors so I didn't order any more rug backing. I am delighted!

We love our rug. It is so soft and beautiful, and it helps our dog get in and out of bed without hurting his joints. It's so comfortable, sometimes he sleeps on it rather than his crate bed. I'm thrilled because it is made with natural materials that won't add plastics to the environment.

Great clean product for sure. Only complaint would be I expected it to be a little more sturdy/durable. Had it less than a Few weeks and already have loops that have have pulled free. Haven't even gotten a chance to run any kind of vacuum over it so I know it wasn't a roller wheel. It was purchased for a nursery so it will be a high traffic rug after the baby comes so I am concerned with how it will hold up over time and with the possibility of my child having easy access to loose fibers that are non toxic sure but he could still potentially choke on it.

The rug samples we ordered arrived promptly and we chose one. We absolutely love the rug. It is very, very soft soft under foot and looks beautiful in the room. Delivery person was very nice and helpful too. Highly recommend this company. Love their commitment to not using chemicals in their rugs.

Hook and loom has a nice selection of wool flat weave rugs. The Corriedale Natural Wool Woven Rug - 3' x 5' that I ordered is beautiful, soft and well made. I plan to order another one. Shipping was quick also.

My rugs went on a little side trip for a couple weeks. Hook and Loom put a trace on the free-spirited package and it arrived a few days later looking like nothing had happened (whew!). Hook and Loom followed up to make sure I did receive them. I've purchased Hook and Loom rugs before and they really hold up after a lot of washing. I'm happy to have a few more.

I ordered 2 area rugs for our entryway's. They are beautiful! I put them in the dryer for 10 minutes on low to get the wrinkles from shipping out. It worked. They shrunk in the dryer (which I expected). Very happy!
