Shipping was fast, and the customer service was helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Fame Rugs to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality rugs at a fair price.

I love my rug so much! The color, price, and quality are all wonderful!

The rug was not nearly as quality as presented. It was inexpensive and looked cheap. Return / refunds are not offered except at the customers expense all the way to Malaysia. I will not purchase from this company again.

Bought a large Alienore Rug (green/blue) for my coastal lounge and I absolutely love it. The colours are true to the picture and it looks amazing. It came boxed up but the creases came out easily within a couple of hours. It has a much softer texture than expected and sits on carpet no problem, not bothered to tape it secure yet as it really doesn’t appear to need it.
I was advised of an expected delivery date for UK and it came a week early, which again I was informed of.
For the price this rug is a bargin. I will definitely be buying more for bedrooms.

Haven't received the rug but since it hadn't been shipped yet I was able to cancel and get a full refund. Since I canceled the order I can't comment on the rug itself but customer service did step up.

Our Fame rug makes us very happy! It is well made, its colors are vibrant and it is nice to walk on! We had a delivery glitch but Fame customer care associate, Mary, was super helpful in getting our rug to us.

Rug was not for me. They mention a return policy but when you get “approved” for your return they conveniently know that you have to ship it to Turkey and incur the costs meanwhile the rug shipped through Amazon from NJ——clearly their way id retaining money regardless. Would not buy from them!

This Oushak rug in blue has all the features needed for a busy home with pets and kids. The classic coastal style and colorway fit beautifully into my decor scheme. The textile is soft and doesn’t slide around on my floors. Easy to clean and makes my room feel pulled together in an interior designer way. 10/10 would order another.

I purchased the Rawiya Brown Gray Modern Oushak Rug. It was a good price for a large area rug. Quality-wise, it’s thin and came folded. It’ll need time to flatten and definitely needs a rug pad. The design seemed nice online.

The color of the rug is much different than what’s pictured online. In person, it reads as very faded. It looks very gray and cool with little contrast. It lacks the warmth and depth of tone of the photo online. Sadly, the difference is so significant that it does not match my decor.

Make sure you read their return policies. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, which is a lot for shipping an 8x10 rug and simply isn’t worth it. I emailed the company to share photos of my rug and that I felt it does not represent the rug in the photos online. They feel the photos are accurate to the website and offered a $25 refund (the rug cost $243 after a coupon code). They offered a 20% discount if I kept this rug and bought a replacement which I’m not going to do because I don’t want to be in this pickle again.

It’s on me for not reading their return policies return policy. They get a star for being responsive. But their rugs are sub-par quality and not reflective of the actual product.

The rug is beautiful! The colors are soft as well as the texture of the rug. It was delivered in 7 days and packaged well for solo installation. I highly recommend this company. The rug was approximately 1/3 of what I was getting ready to pay.

I have loved ordering from Fame Rugs! We’ve used their rugs for years in various rooms in our home and most recently upgraded our living room rug to an area rug from Fame Rugs. I love how durable they are for life with little kids, and you can’t beat the elevated look they give. 10/10 recommend!
