Although I wasn't completely satisfied with the look of the rug I chose, I've never had better customer service in my life. In retrospect, I believe I should have contacted the company first, instead of a public comment regarding my disappointment. The company contacted me immediately and asked ME how to make things right. Who does that these days? Who actually converses with their customers directly? If you find a product you like, give Fame a try. They seem to be the kind of company anyone would want to do business with.

We just moved into a new home in April and had big plans to build a nice bookcase in our living room. After looking for weeks, we found and ordered beautiful red Turkish rug from Etsy. It took about a month to arrive but it was no matter because we only just finished the room and rolled out the carpet a couple weeks ago! The rug has a small pile but it's very smooth and soft to the touch. We put a rug pad underneath since it's a bit thin. I'm very comfortable just sitting on the floor, and I love how the color pops in the room with our furniture. I was going to post a photo but I don't know how.
