Disgrace would be an understatement
Like many other posts here, they get people to write a genuine review through a long form and accuse them of duplicate reviews.
They then have the audacity to ask for personal information outside of the agreement. No thanks, I'm not sharing my private information with a scam of a company.

I don't know about everyone else but I received my £10 amazon voucher yesterday. Although I did write the review about a month ago and the voucher only just came but I still got what I was promised.

Scammers
I took the time and effort to write a decent review in exchange for a £10 Amazon voucher, but was accused of a submitting a duplicate review.
There was no evidence provided for the unscrupulous allegation.
Frankly disappointed, I thought their business concept was great for potential homebuyers and tenants. I hope they either fix their system that is flagging reviews as duplicates incorrectly or fix their dishonest business model.

Time-wasters
I wrote a lengthy review for HomeViews in return for an £10 Amazon voucher. However, around one week later, HomeViews sent me an email confirming that my review had been rejected, accusing me of writing a duplicate review.
They did not provide evidence of this alleged duplicate review. I am still awaiting their response regarding this.
Waste of time.

Good idea. Failed to deliver. Waste of time
This website tries to be Trustpilot or Tripadvisor for developments but it is not. The set up and scoring system is misleading. It has troublesome verifying process. It looks like only if you are an angry resident you would have the patience to go through it. Any normal resident wanting to write a good review would have given up half way through as it is such a hassle. I do not believe it would give a full picture of any development.
I do not trust this website at all.

Very impressed
After being approached in the street and asked to complete a review of my property, I visited the website and I have to say it is a very good idea and I am very impressed. They even sent me a £10 deliveroo voucher just for doing a review. I will be recommending HomeViews to my friends when they are searching for their next home

I bought my home 4 years ago and encountered numerous issues - delays, snagging, defects. I wish I had had this site back then to help me. I have now written a review sharing my experiences and hope it helps others

AWFUL AND HARASSING ATTITUDE
This website sends out people that stands and harrass homeowners 1 meter outside their flat, on PRIVATE PROPERTY without permission. The girls we came across in Hackney wick had more attitude than they could carry and couldnt care less.
We were very close to calling the police before they left.
STAY OUT OF AREAS WITH YOUR METHODS.
ps. So funny to see fake good reviews a day after the owner arguing over this review on facebook. There is no need for a website like this other than the former marsh and parson owner most likely selling the data!
