ZERO stars, stay away false promises! I submitted a detailed review and was promised a £10 Amazon Voucher, they then said they could not verify my address so I sent proof of my Address they then said they would be in touch that was on the 31/01/23 but they have published my review. They said the window period closes on the 08/02/23 and they will be in touch after to confirm my voucher it is now the 14/02/23 and they have ignored my 3 emails asking for an update. I have reported them to trading standards an I suggestion anyone else does the same. I have also asked them to delete my review and any data they hold on me under the Data protection Act as this information was obtained fraudulently by the promise of an incentive which was never received.
***update 16/02/23***
After thier response 24hrs have now passed and guess what they have not been in contact no suprise there! As a potential renter or homebuyer please do not use this company to make any decisions as all reviews are obtained by a promise of an incentive which is highly unethical you are better off googling the development and obtaining honest feedback from there. I have asked them to delete my review and any data they hold on me under the data protection Act and my review is still published and they are yet to acknowledge my request which legally they have too! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY customer service is non existent! I have now sent 5 emails and not one response i have now also left a review on google I am pretty sure from this review and my google review they will be able to find out who i am considering i am the only person stupid enough to submit a review for my development. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Such a useful website - my girlfriend used it to find her flat she rents in Hayes. I wrote a review of my house and they gave me a voucher. Very clever idea.

All in the details
The site is really transparent and user-friendly, I especially like the area highlights that are included, it really adds a more personal touch. Hearing from actual residents and seeing individual scores for things like facilities and location is so helpful, and makes the house-hunting experience so much easier.

HomeViews is really handy and useful
I found HomeViews really useful site to get the information that could only have been gotten by knocking on neighbours doors. It felt like getting inside views from others and gave me a feel of what it would be like to live there. It's was really easy to use and will go back and use it again in the future and tell friends about it.

A Fantastic Research Tool
I used HomeViews when researching the best developments to live in Cambridge. Because I was reading reviews from actual residents that live in the building I felt like I got a genuine snapshot of what it was like to live there, instead of just getting the good bits from sales reps.
