I've been very happy with my flat since I've moved in around 4 years ago, Grainger is a great company and their building is modern, comfortable, beautiful and close to all amenities. The area is multicultural and safe. Any issues have been resolved swiftly and effectively. Highly recommended!

Harry was amazing—patient, professional, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He did a brilliant job, and I’m very happy with the outcome. I’ll see it every day when I look at my big TV on the wall, and it looks perfect.

We have been living here in the same house since the estate opened in 1988.
It is a well kept area, with easy access to schools, shops, bus routes and motorways.
The whole estate has recently undergone refurbishment and updates in order to maximise potential for the discerning tenant.
Whilst there have been issues, as is the case with all housing, private or tenanted, invariably they are dealt with expediently.
Management are easy to talk to and professional.

I am very pleased to met Moses Fuad in Moda, the front desk staff at Moda Apartments. Every time I have needed assistance, he has been extremely friendly and professional, providing impeccable service. He always greets me with a smile and patiently answers all my questions, whether they are about the apartment facilities, the check-in process, or local amenities. His explanations are always clear and detailed.

Moses' attitude towards his work is truly impressive. Not only does he respond to requests quickly, but he also takes the initiative to resolve any issues. Every time I interact with him, I can sense his enthusiasm for his job and his genuine care for the residents. His efficiency and attention to detail have made my living experience more enjoyable, and I believe he brings a lot of positive energy to the management of the entire building.

I would like to sincerely thank Moses for his hard work and outstanding performance. Moda Apartments is a much warmer and more efficient place because of staff like him.

The new accommodation is superb.The management team is delicate yet very efficient in solving any requested issues.Inga, the office team member,is very smartly dressed and very quick to answer all required problems which makes your experience really excellent event.

Thanks to Callan Davies and team. Making Fizzy Hayes a fantastic place to live. Quick and swift repair team (Hamza and colleagues) always ready to solve your repair problems.

Stuart has helped me to fix my refrigerator door, quickly did a fantastic job. Got to mention, he is very friendly :)

False advertising of giving the £10 voucher but not actually issuing one. They mentioned that first 100 reviewers will get it, i was one of top 50 people to post.

Did not get the voucher as well, they mentioned first 100 reviews published. I can see even until today only 95 reviews are there and many of them is after the one I submitted. So clearly it was just a marketing strategy to get the review without rewarding.

Sad to see such practices.

The verification process is lengthy, and the confirmation emails for the review publication lack sufficient information. There is no link provided, and the review itself is not visible even via the share link functionality, after it was confirmed as published. Additionally, there is no way to manage or delete your contribution, from the profile area.
