I had hired them for deep cleaning. They came without appropriate gadgets and chemicals, did pathetic cleaning in the name of deep cleaning, all stains remained as it is, damaged my bathroom slabs. After booking the order, they send some local labour to do the cleaning. There was no supervisor who would check the work. When I deducted the amount for not doing quality work, they fought and called the police. They have no respect for customers feedback or opinion. They put fake reviews on their website to cheat customers. Worst experience ever. Be careful while hiring them.

I took service from you for fridge repair in Sulur, Coimbatore. One person named Devan (9087091990 ) came to repair the fridge and he took rupees 2200 from me for the service. Once he went, the fridge started giving the same problem. I called him and explained the issue for which he said that he will come and sort the issue the next day. However he did not turn up and also stopped picking the call from my side and it's already 15 days now. He also mentioned that the bill will be sent to my whatsapp and I have not received the bill also till date.
People who wants to repair your fridge through home triangle, pls do not allow this guy inside your house and he will spoil it more inspite of taking your money.

Home triangle team, do not partner with people like these who will spoil your brand image....I raised complaint to your call centre twice and there is no revert from your side also for that... When you serve your customer , pls serve properly since you are getting paid...not the kind of service like this what I experienced and pls ask this irresponsible guy named Devan to come and sort out my problem... Taking money and leaving your customer on the road is not fair and not business ethics....

Had requested for gas hob repair (automated ). The team which visited was fraud. They were suggesting unnecessary replacements . Also quoted high prices for simple spare parts. Worst part, they were carrying used spare parts.

Had bad experience with gas stove repair agent Mr.sonu khan....He sent
a technician for service the technician charged high prices and spoilt my hob..Which worked properly before as he left from next day i faced issues fried to contact he dient respond ..When complain ed he sentiment another person who charges me again this person mr sonu khan is irresponsible .......

I have been enquiring about an issue with one of your carpenter “KRV interiors”.

The carpenter took a advance of INR 2500 and promised to start the work next day. Now he claims that he is stuck with some other work and so he needs one more week to start the work.

When I enquired this to the customer care, he was lethargic in answering my question. When I conveyed he said this what he can answer.

Kindly look into this issue, and I would prefer that carpenter returns my money back.

This is THE worst packer and mover in Bangalore. Be careful they may even still your belongings. They will quote less and after reaching the site they will demand for more money

Hometriangle is One of the worst service in bangalore...dont trust them ....not trust worthy ....I was out of town and tooknther service for cleaning my apartment they didnt clean anything and send me pics of some and left the kitchen and other uncleaned...BE CAREFULL never go with them...

Hi.. I am Shanaz.. I booked a carpenter for our house decorations from this portal.... A person named CHANDRABAN came and he did all the service whichever needed for us.. he did very patiently and it was a very good service from him.... A great service from CHANDRABAN....

These guys will replace many parts and charge too much for all parts. When I asked for bill, they politely told - sir don't worry, you will get all bills with GST etc on your whatsapp. After that you will never get anything. Keep following up, and they will tell by evening you will get the bill.
The review on their site is fake. There is no way a user can login and put a review in their site. Then how come they show vendor names and 4k - 5k review with 4+ stars ? Starting from their website, call center, vendor list - everything is designed to cheat people.

we had issues with gas stove and i booked the same with home triangle portal. Note that this is a professional cheating team and very well planned. They will simply replace all the parts of the stove claiming to be faulty and charge heavily. Upon asking multiple times also, the answer given was that all the spare parts which they carry is genuine and replacement is mandatory. when i checked, i learnt that they were all carried in a old plastic cover. seems it is fraud team. Be very careful. At last, with that amount they have charged, if i would have put some extra money, i would have got a new stove.

I hired a so called a civil contractor company named "Sri Krishna Constructions" via Hometriangle portal. I thought Hometriangle must have done a proper KYC of the "Sri Krishna Constructions", but eventually I found the company is fake and does not even have a proper office. The address "Sri Krishna Constructions" mention on their papers and even on webiste is fake as I personally went to their locations but, unbale to locate any firm in that name. The contact person who claims to be an engineer runs the (fraud) business. He is a big fraud. He looks professional and talks very sweetly. He gets the work from the customers by claiming their company is good and professionally managed and eventually get the money for the work. However he does not complete the work taken up and runs away in between only. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY "Sri Krishna Constructions" and I will in future refrian from using HOMETRIANGLE services as well. I hope HOMETRIANGLE does its clients/ partners KYC done properly so that people are not cheated by such frauds empannelled companies.

Very unprofessional company. Pathetic experience with it. I booked gas hob repair from them and the guy who came had took 5-6 hours and also said that multiple parts are faulty and charged 3000 rs. Even after the gas stove did not repair fully and now they are making excuses that we will send today or tomorrow. I called to hometriangle customer care also and they said that you have to settle the matter by own. Both,hometriangle and their service providers are pathetic and unprofessional. They just cheated the customers and nothing else.
Dont fall into the traps of these unprofessional service providers.

Booked a gas stove repair service from Home traingle. One of the burner was not working. The person who came looked unqualified and told me that a service would solve the problem. During the service he said that a part needs to be replaced as well. When he completed the service after an hour, the problem was still there. He then said your burner is faulty and needs to be replaced though he needs 1900 rs for time he spent. I said no and then By hook or crook he made it work, took the money and left.

The burner stopped working as I used it next time. It has been two weeks since I am trying to call him back and he is making excuses.

The company is also not providing any help.

This platform is pathetic and I will not suggest to use it to anyone.

Taken the services of S.S services, Chennai for the plumbing work in t nagar. Subsequent day after the service, we found leak in tank. Called the plumber again to rectify. He came but said everything is five. We are still facing with the leakage problem. Now the plumber is very rude and says he will charge again. Not at all satisfactory with the service. Will not recommend for any customer. Now he stopped picking up the phone

Opted for deep cleaning. The so called professionals kept howling on petty things and STOLE my headphone.
What a shameful professionals. Be careful with their service.

I would like to give 0 for the service.
I had asked for a general cleaning service bt the service person started changing the spare parts n kept telling that there is some blockage in this nobe dat dis etc.
Den I had to demand him for cleaning for which he rejected n later continued to clean with our detergent by using a exo steel brush on the glass top for which I refused and he did not listen bt still continued to clean with the same.
He kept shouting n used many words which he shouldn't been used wit the customer.
The conversation was am not ur maid to clean ur kitchen. I have not come here for cleaning. I cnt clean ur washroom. And he conveyed dis to the vendor too and said I have asked him to clean the kitchen and washroom.
I have ever seen such a useless service and the vendor too spoke rudely.
Even he said to keep my stove clean. Bloody when you are providing a cleaning service. It's ur responsibility to clean the stove. I have kept my stove clean. Rest of the interior cleaning should be done by the service person so oly we demand for a general cleaning service.
If u don't know please don't come to this job.
And service person was jst shouting at my door.
Please take necessary action about dis. It was so insulting for us.

And the vendor has said dis to me dat u ppl take work and after work u ll not give the money.
The bloody come and do the work which is assigned and take back ur money.

The techincians they send r nor trained and outsourced from nearly by shops.

Very unprofessional , i booked for deep house cleaning service and almost followed up every day ,but on the final day of cleaning the cleaners never arrived and the executive who was in touch stopped responding .Please never go for this ..its a fraud ,full waste of time
