Worst experience ever !!!

Extremely unprofessional. I had asked for deep cleaning of toilets. They charged me 600 per toilet. Forget about deep cleaning, they dint even scrub the toilet properly. Absolute waste of money. And when we point out at the stains and asked to clean them, they say this is all they will do. Until you book the service they will be very sweet, after they start the work, they will just splash the water and just run the brush around and leave with money. They are so stingy that they dont even want to apply the chemical to remove the stain, they want to save it and just clean with only water. Ridiculous. Even to take the bill from them I had to call customer care and run behind them for 2 days. Worst people. Utterly unprofessional.

Very bad service. Four days ago I called them to repair my washing machine and they said they will send somebody the next by till today nobody has turned up. Very very bad service.

This is the WORST company . We booked their services on the 15 th.They took an advance of 10000 from us but after that they changed the quotation whoch we found totally unprofessional .We decided against getting the job done by them but they gave a refund of only 6000 and till today we are waiting for the remaining 4000 . Theybdont pick up our calls nor reply to our msgs.... PKEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY... they are frauds.

The AC serviced by them stopped cooling after one week itself. The numbers provided on their warranty car(bill book) are non functional now. The customer care wont pick the call for past two days. Looks like I have been cheated on.

Please do no get trapped here.

Extremely unsatisfied with their deep cleaning service.

The bathrooms after servicing still had hard water marks left. The windows grooves still had a lot of dust.

The lead guy Suresh said he or his team doesn't know how to open the kitchen cabinets and he is only supposed to clean from outside. We went ahead and opened it for them as what is deep cleaning without cleaning the kitchen cabinets properly from inside?

Then when we started giving feedback after 3 hours of their work about the shoddy job especially Suresh was doing with the portions of house he was cleaning and the fact that the kitchen still had a lot of grime left after his servicing, he stopped working midway and asked his team to stop working.

They wanted me to speak to their manager over phone who wasn't picking up his phone. After 30 mins of waiting, they left the house. My husband had tried to speak to them in between and settle matters but Suresh said he doesn't want to work any more as I was drawing comparisons with the earlier agency I had recruited to do deep cleaning in my house and the fact that I am repeatedly asking him after his cleaning that has all dust and grime left "is this deep?". He said he doesn't know about deep cleaning, what he is doing is basic cleaning. He was extremely ill tempered and was not ready to take any feedback. At one point he said in broken english "are you my master to dictate how to clean?".

Finally his manager Harish picked up the call and we spoke. Harish was accommodating (even though he didn't seem to know what deep is either and said every cabinet has to be dusted from outside and hard marks will still remain in bathrooms and grime can be left in chimney after the deep cleaning service as they don't want to touch these advanced appliances) and we settled by paying the amount of money for the job the boys had done so far.

The team had left the house in a mess with half done work and me, my husband and maid had to do the rest. So overall, it was a very sad experience for me.

I would not recommend HomeTriangle for their services , also please check with each and every condition like do they remove hard marks, do they clean cabinets from inside if utensils are removed ahead of time and all sorts of nitty-gritty-s before appointing any home cleaning service.

I requested for Deep house cleaning service. These guys are Amazing, seriously.They accommodate my schedule, the cleaners were super lovely with their work.I couldn't be more pleased.Thanks to Hometriangle team.

2 cleaning guys came and finished 4 bathrooms in 2 hour. I couldnt find any fault in their work or attitude. They are using just the right scrubs and chemicals kind of normal cleaning solutions. Thank you

Very worst, looted 1600/- gor gastopup, they said they have done d work and went off, later we realised that the ac became more worse than it was before, when we tried to call them back, they blocked our number, when we tried to complain to home triangle team, we will always get a msg saying they will revert back, but they did never... please be safe and never book a service with this team

Hats off to the team. They were 5 people and did a remarkable job. Kitchen cabinets had lot of stains and disgusting smell. This team came and cleaned it making it look like New. Thank u so much.

Worst, unacceptable, frauds.

Hired painting services from home triangle. The superior Harish and the painter came Vbj services, said we will finish in 3 days. I was very particular about the time line. Obviously they did not finish. All the undone patches were brushed aside as touch up. I had already paid them 12k. The amount we agreed is for 18k. I said I will not pay, until you finish the work. They said tomorrow we will finish everything madam.
Nobody showed up. I had to hire somebody else and get it done.

After looking at the finished work, I realised these guys looted me, they did not use correct material and also did an extremely shody job.
They cut cost on material and labour.

Tried contacting hometraingle, nobody responded. Looks like all the positive reviews posted is a big fraud. They are fooling people.

Not at all good. Worst service. House looking bad after their cleaning. People came only for time passing. In 4 hrs how can anyone clean a big 2 bedroom apartment.
Don't call them at all.
Half half they did. I had to sit and clean everything after that.

We were having high expectations based on the reviews and the conversation we had "Weclean Facility Kothrud"

But the overall service and professionalism was not satisfactory.

We had booked the cleaning service for sofa(except seats, as we changed the seat covers). But the cleaning of the hand-rest was not done properly. As posted in the picture, even the pasted sticker could not be removed by scrubbing.

Very unprofessional. They call you and schedule appointment and the technician does not bother to respond.

Great service!! A reasonable approximation was provided for the work, HomeTriangle showed up on time, completed more than was agreed on, did a great job, and left the space spotless. Highly recommended!!

Got two bathroom cleaned. Guys were professional and done the satisfactory job. Hassle free experience. Way to go.
