Home triangle registered inexperienced service provider & fake service provider to cheat the customers
Home triangle referred me to fake service provider ZS electricals amberpet hyderabad

I’ve given my two ceiling fans to these referred service provider

They collected ceiling fans I clearly told them the problem they said will Rectify but fails to do
After the installation some time the same problems repeated
When I call them they said they will collect after that they never lifted my call

I approached HOMETRIANGLE team told the incident they never understand the customer pain which the amount they paid for (2300)
They shared the documents to me to complain the police

I warned the service provider that I will complain to police But the service provider saying my money with HOMETRIANGLE team so give complain on Hometriangle company !

These people playing game with customers
they just know HOW to register fake service provider collect some money that’s it

Hometriangle escalation team they never contact me on my complain it’s waste experience I had with hometriangle

STOP UPDATING MY BUSINESS FAKE LISTING !! Home triangle update fake listing of local business & than dirve the calls to there own technician. My business name is Blackant Hob & Chimney Repair Services. I have no affiliation with you guys. Why do you guys have ny business in formation to stuff keywords for chimney service in my nearby location and drive customer to your page ????

Cheats and cons. Only motive is to make money. My gas stove didn't give sufficient flame and so they called through Justdial and asked my problem. I said i want more flame. She asked how many burners then she told 760/-. He came and cleaned but the flame is exactly in the same condition. He said if i want more he has to change valve which cost 200/- per piece,so 800/- extra.wasted money and time

Booked a request with hometriangle for deep cleaning services. Their vendor by name Surya called up and asked to share videos/pics and location. Spoke on phone and explained in detail. No response after that, unprofessional people. Beware of such time wasting, sub standard folks where the service I am sure won't match the money spent !!!

Very bad experience I got. As I need to spent 14,000 rs for A.C. Installation. That A.C. Installation Engineer was not skilled. His main focus was to make money in material and in Gas Refill. Never go for Home Triangle. It's fraud company.

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I took this service for Ac gas refilling and servicing. At the start it was prompt and quick response. The vendor contacted and sent a technician. I paid 2800 bucks for the service. Not even 10 days the cooling lasted. I contacted every week to Home Triangle and no one bothered to give a call back. After a month or more i yelled then i got a call from so called “Escalation” team. And guess what they will do? Put you in conference with the vendor. End of the day it us who has to fight and cater to the lies of vendor. The vendor otherwise calls me (since there is no protection of your contact numbers and is openly shared with the vendors), you have to hear it separately and beg for your own money back. They are here just for a liasoning job and trust me they will not fo anything when you encounter any issues. Their twitter page doesn’t respond. And so does their founder Mr. Ramesh!

Just another fraudulent service provider who have hired some inexperienced service personnel. They charge exorbitant amount and do not provide a valid bill for the same. Please do not avail their services for fixing your home appliances, it is better to approach a authorized service provider

Pathetic service provided by home triangle. I took the service of home painting in whitefield bangalore. These people are totally unprofessional. I agreed to the amount what they asked for and still they left the work in between and i am still waiting for them fromt he last 2 months and they just say it will be done next week and now they ask for more money.

Better go with branded ones like asian paints/berger or Urban company.

Hired Electrician from Hometriangle , they were quick to response and recommended professional helped us to rectify and fix few things at home he was very skilled professional. I recommend him to others as well

I booked a service for AC shfting from my residance o new premise . Home triangle team responded immediately and coordinated on 01/04/22.

On booking AC shifting team called and fixed the service.ID : 2704712, team AR AC service
Agreed the service charges as Rs 1600 /- inclusive of all,
On 2/4/22 team visited and removed the AC and transfered the AC unit to New Premise. After reaching the new premise , they collected Rs 1750 stating that shifting charges not included. After few minutes , AR AC service technicain went out stating that he need to go to hospital and will be back next day morning.

Next day , he never responded to our phone calls , then he switched off his mobile. Then I raised service complain to the Home Triangle team.

Home triangle team informed that they will ensure the work will be completed in the next day ( As 03/4/22 was sunday )

From 4/3/22 onwards , I might have called the Service Technician and the Home Triangle Team for more than 20 times.
Technican never respond to the phone calls.
Home Triangle team : Just attendeding the phone calls and informing that they will elivate to the next level. Even after 4 days , installation not done, and the Home Triangle team just neglecting the phone calls too.
Home Triangle team is 100% waste for the money. Instead we should go for any known service technician with little higher cost, so that we can avoid wasting our precious time and making follow up withis useless team and the technicians.

Terrible experience with the plumber the hometriangle recommended plumber, HomeTriangle should pay me my ₹1000

I have requested online to get my cook top repaired, they repaired some shirt and it again got damaged, after following up innumerous times, they did not come and see, they kept telling we ll come, after that they stopped picking the calls, and when I complained in customer care, they denied that they haven't send anymore for repair, how's it possible. It's all a fraud scam to loot the innocent people. I would recommend people to refrain taking any service from this shitt app.

The customer care service is worst. I requested for fan repair. The person changed the capacitor and charged Rs. 450/- but did not check the regulator. For servicing regulator he needs more service charge and the customer care is not ready to support.

I had already told any thing happened means tell me . I will take care still now i did'nt get any problem but this time 26-12-2021 On that day I got a lead customer name (Mr .Anand from Ambuttur ) i checked fan fault so i informed & removed fan noisy so i taken on that day and make that fan ready fixed on 28/12/2021 customer satisfied . To work completed login i given cancelled that's my mistake again 30/12/2021 i got a call from customer fan noisy promblem solved now fan running slowly. He informed me i told iam in another place on the way i will come & check sir. i informed that customer but that day one madham spoken with me about that same complaint she is telling iam the MD of the company u r all working down to me treating like a servants. Then I replied why r u speaking like these I asked and cutted phone line and that second itself she locked my app. Then I called ( Mr Ghanesh) i informed what happened company of the MD Madam is calling me and treating like servent and locked my app. but (Mr Ganesh ) he is telling she is head of home triangle she can do anything, so left from he also telling same thing. then I told i going left from app & asked refund my money but he told after 180 days we will refund money .This is new rules after some time he sending message u did'nt complete that work i will send another techncian And debuct u r amount. (31/12/2021 same customer sending message to rectify my fan issue .next day 1/1/2022 i completed the fan issue customer is satisfied. I told customer to send message to home triangle app. But that coustomer Mr. Anand he informed to Hometriangle or not i don't no. After finishing my work asking Mr. Ganesh(Manager) i want to complain about MD. He told MD name is Ramaya so u can complaint in Hometriangle.com website.

Solve my problem.

This guys advertise one amount and send some one in name Sai Cleaning who were demanding exorbitant and they don't have any manners too..First train the people you send on loyalty and manners.

I paid 35k for my 2bhk 1000 square feet apartment and received multiple quotes from various vendors like sarala enterprises and chose to book with them, expecting that since they are associated with home triangle, I'm going to get a reliable and reasonable service but, they did a pathetic horrible job and left my work, partially incomplete stating that the liquid needed for the material is over etc and did not even do a clean job. They left the house in a terrible mess post taking full 35k payment. Dont fall for this and instead choose urban company as, atleast they would have offered me a refund or would have sent someone to finish the work, to my expectation. The person who worked in my house from sarala enterprises is Nitesh and his cell number is +919620821606.

I request home triangle to either compensate me or send someone to finish the job, for which I have been charged such an exorbitant amount of 35k for mere grouting work.
