The delivery was seamless, packaging perfect.
The delivery guys Monty and Sam went above and beyond carrying and placing 8 panels in my home, the van couldn’t get In to access the car park due to icy conditions, but they were not deterred! Brilliant! Nit often you meet such nice blokes

I placed my order on 5th November, with a stated delivery window of 7th–11th November. Despite this, no delivery attempt was made during that entire timeframe. The first attempt only occurred on 18th November—and even that turned out to be completely false.

At 10:30am, the driver called me saying he was around 20 minutes away. About 10 minutes later, the tracking showed he was just 2 minutes from my address. Yet by 10:46am, the delivery was suddenly marked as “not delivered”—the exact time he should have arrived. Then, at 10:48am, completely unrelated photos were uploaded, including a sign from St James’ Park, which is miles away from my home. This makes it very clear that the driver never attempted delivery and instead uploaded false evidence.

The driver also claimed they “did not reach location” and were “unable to stop in Trafalgar Square.” Neither Trafalgar Square nor St James’ Park has any relevance to where I live at all as it is almost 2 hours away, and there are no restrictions in my area that would prevent a normal delivery. The explanations provided are simply untrue.

After waiting well beyond the promised delivery window, this is unacceptable and extremely disappointing service.

To make things even more confusing, I have now received a refund confirmation—despite never requesting or submitting one. I still want the item delivered, not refunded, and this only adds to the frustration.

Do not order from this company they will waste your time.

I bought a ottoman bed. The service was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed of when it was being delivered and I could track the delivery.
The delivery man were fantastic, offer to take the bed to the room it was going to, they were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was easy to put together and I am so pleased with the look.I highly recommend this company

Ordered wall panels via B&Q which were scheduled for delivery via Home Treats, never arrived. Trying to chase order with Home Treats and no answer, just rings out forever and then cuts off. B&Q have messaged them as have we and still no answers or explaination. Can't even get through to cancel the order now.

3 times in the last few days I’ve asked for an order to be cancelled, and still no response! It’s ok just keep ignoring my messages, a complaint is being raised through B&Q who I bought the wall boards from.

I bought an ottoman bed last year from this company, it just collapsed, luckily I wasn't on it, I WAS UNDER IT. The cheap and thin metal was used which snapped the entire bed IN HALF. May be taking legal action as I'm getting no response from the company. I could've been injured!!! They are selling cheap and unsafe furniture. DO NOT BUY

Placed an order via B&Q and less than 12 hours later received an email advising of my return details, only I hadn't made nor requested a return. Instead Home Treats have cancelled my order as apparently it's out of stock. I can still place an order for it online on the B&Q website though. Email advises I'll receive my money back in 14 days. For something they've not dispatched nor done anything with!!

Appalling service. The bed was bought from B&Q market place. it came without a manual which I downloaded from the web. The bed was faulty so they sent replacement parts. Those parts were faulty too. I called them - left a voicemail as getting through to an agent is impossible. I heard nothing back. My wife emailed them and for over a week heard nothing back. When they did reply they only answered one of our two questions. I am still chasing them to supply the correct parts this has been going on for over two weeks. Avoid at all costs as their service is appalling. I appreciate sometimes products are faulty. But you expect some sort of correspondence from the vendor in a relatively timely manner. I have also asked them to send the actual manual through via email, a very simple request. Again absolutely no correspondence.

Every order made either via Amazon or more recently B&Q the orders get instantly cancelled! Very frustrating especially as the item is still for sale and in stock - do not waste your time or money!!

I'd rate it 0 if I could, no updates on delivery and I had to contact both them and b and q who had to intervene and it still took them ages to confirm they'd be giving me a refund. (They also kept changing the story about delivery etc). Wish I'd done some research, they also go under Doodle products which have horrendous reviews. Waiting for refund now finally after they sent 3 emails this morning saying the same thing after over 25 emails and 4 phone calls

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received so far. I ordered a bed which has not been delivered, and have now been told I’ll receive a partial refund (with £36.18 deducted) because I “changed my mind” — which is completely untrue. I have not changed my mind, and I still expect to receive the bed I paid for.

The courier company gave no option to select a delivery date and simply informed me on Tuesday that they planned to deliver on Wednesday. I immediately tried to contact them to say I’d be out, but their email address bounced back and there was no phone number provided. When a phone number was eventually given, I called several times and emailed, but received no reply until the following day.

When the driver did try to deliver on Wednesday, he assured me he’d return on Friday — but instead, I’ve now been told the order was returned. This is a totally unreasonable way to handle deliveries of large items.

To make matters worse, I’ve tried to submit a complaint through the company’s online contact form several times, but it simply won’t send. It’s incredibly frustrating to receive such poor service and then find there’s no way to even contact the company about it.

Please can someone arrange for my bed to be delivered tomorrow as originally intended? If that’s not possible, I expect a full refund, not a partial one.

Furniture arrived on time. Delivered by Lee and Dave, who were very polite and helpful. They unloaded the boxes carefully and put them where we requested. It was all relatively straight forward to assemble, no damages to any of the parts, with easy to follow instructions, Looks really good when put together. Good value for the price we paid. Would highly recommend this company

Bought bed through wowcher, an ottoman. Either wowcher or these “delightful” characters sent the wrong bed. We ordered a superking ottoman. We got a normal bed not an ottoman.

Don’t bother trying to ring as they don’t pick up. Then got a response from their customer service, who honestly my 6yr old could write a better response. Saying it’s not their fault it’s wowcher. Now sleeping on the floor with bed parts everywhere as no one is taking responsibility and can’t return bed back due to again no one taking responsibility.

Seriously going to reading standards at this point!!! I have their address to so will be popping along myself to sort this rubbish out!!!!

Bought a small double ottoman bed from this company through B&Q, lovely bed and was easy to assemble, all good clear instructors, great communication and delivery was spot on, delivery men were great and left item where I asked, they were very pleasant, all in all, a five star service.

DO NOT USE unless you are willing to be frustrated let down and out of pocket !! I made an order through B&Q / Home Treats on a Sunday the delivery said 2-3 working days meaning that I should receive the bed by the Wednesday latest this was perfect as my partners parents were coming to stay. I hadn’t received a text or email to confirm delivery so Tuesday I called B&Q they transferred me to the marketplace department which takes at least 35- 50 minutes for them to answer it had still not been shipped I called and emailed multiple times (hours of wasted time) with promise of delivery on different dates I finally received my order 6 days late. After having to take 3 days off work for their promised delivery date and my parents in law having to stay elsewhere .When asking them for a gesture of good will they just said that they would collect the bed if I didn’t want it. It’s a shame as the bed is lovely BUT I would never use Home Treats or B&Q again the customer service is DISGRACEFUL.

Recently ordered some wood panels from Home Treats , arrived when stated , great delivery tracking information, quality product , could not fault the service , would recommend and revisit ,Many Thanks 👍🇬🇧🚚⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered my kingsize ottoman bed via B&Q website . I didn't realise that its wasn't coming from B&Q but a third party so decided to read the reviews. I was absolutely horrified with all the negative reviews so thought I'd chip in my experience.
Ordered my bed on mon 15th September and the bed was delivered on Saturday 20th September. I was given a time slot along with the date , I was phoned 20 minutes before they arrived with the bed . I checked everything once the bed arrived all screws and parts present and correct.
My partner and I built the bed on Sunday , went together smoothly.
Can't fault the company. There is a difference between a £150 bed and a £500 , you get what you pay for

I bought their daybed 3 years ago and it's still like new working really well as a guest bed. I lost the manual and needed to dismantle to move it and the company got back to me straight away to provide a replacement. Thanks so much 😊

Do not even bother. Contact number on website cuts you off at 2m 17 secs. Email people won’t help you. Delivery times are appalling. Stay away
