Great service

Bought 2 curtain poles from Home Treats, although they were not the best quality I can't fault the customer service I received from this company. I received replies to my emails promptly and was given a full refund so I can't say anything negative. My experience was top notch.

Purchased 2 curtain poles but once delivered my daughter wanted some different ones.
Manage to get a refund really easy and no return necessary.

I ordered some wall panelling which arrived very quickly I was very pleased with them but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size return was dealt with very quick they actually phoned me to sort the return

Got a call the day of delivery to say that the van had broken down, however, the items would be transferred to another van and would be delivered later on that day. This was exactly the case. Great service!

Easy to put together. We have an allen key tool with the furniture which made it much quicker, I imagine a normal allen key would be more fiddly and time consuming but all went together well. Do not tied the nuts too much until all the nuts are in place for each item.

Looks great in the back patio area and we're really pleased with it. The rising table is a great feature and easy to use (as long as there are 2 people to put it into the 2 different inserts).

Overall, very happy with purchase and excellent experience with the delivery drivers as they took the heavy boxes to the back patio of the property ready for assembly!

Happy with the purchase. The bed and mattress arrived quickly through B&Q and setting everything up was hassle-free. Would happily consider buying from them again.

Received an item and unfortunately the stitching had split, not ideal as was for a birthday present for our daughter so I contacted hometreats about it and was going to return it for a refund as we had already gone out and bought a different one. Hometreats responded quickly and gave a full refund and I didn’t have to return the item. I obviously was happy to return as we no longer need it but will pass on the good will gesture and give the item to someone else who can make use of it. Thank you.

This company is an absolute disgrace, I bought my "WATERPROOF" flooring from this company through B&Q, The flooring has warped from the first week. It took ages for anyone to reply then, Hussain stated that the damage was done in his opinion with high traffic. Weeks old, live on my own and the edges show pure water damage as they are not sealed. They ignore emails, phone messages, so will now get an ombudsman and solicitor involved. This company sold not fit for purpose flooring, lied it was waterproofing then blame a consumer with facts that don't make any mathematical answer he gave. Shows the company ate not fit to trade. I will start legal proceedings against this company due to their lack help and blame for the inferior products. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, SCAMMERS. I will update on court proceedings from today.

I will add they have my new mobile number and no contact since email, then state UNPROMPTED REVIEW. I have all statements and emails how they accused the kitchen had high traffic ? Funny how this happened within weeks and had a specialist tell them it needs ripping up. A brand new kitchen and floor and they ignore you. Let them ignore the solicitors and court....BLAGGERS Had my new number sent to them 20th August and NO CONTACT

My order came and there was slight stain on the side. I contacted them and within 24 hours issue was addressed. The product was excellent quality and price fantastic. Delivery was prompt. Very easy to assemble with very basic instructions but easy to follow. This my rating 5 stars!

I wouldn't recommend buying from Home Treats. Customer service was extremely poor, with weeks of delays, very little communication, and constant chasing just to get an update. My return was unnecessarily complicated, and I only received my refund after repeatedly contacting both the retailer and The Range. Although I was eventually refunded, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.

B&Q third party seller. No delivery, told on day routes being planned and delivery date to be confirmed, even though confirmation and tracking number received when purchased item. All day spent in phone to B&Q because Home Treats don’t answer phone or respond to their call back service. Communication between Home Treats and B&Q appalling. Still none the wiser if delivery happening today or if refund being issued. Will never purchase from B&Q marketplace again!

Do not order from this company. I have ordered on Amazon and BNQ and each time they have messed about with delivery and I’m unable to track it. Whenever I’ve asked for a refund they have given me the incorrect one which means waiting on the phone for ages to try get it rectified. I’m starting to believe the company doesn’t exist 😂

I placed an order through The Range, however I ordered the wrong size, I reached out to Doodle Products directly and received a rapid response email from Kabir, followed up by a telephone call from Mary who was really helpful and sorted my order with no issues - wonderful customer service and would recommend - thank you

Absolutely first class customer care. I ordered two radiator covers via The Range and the courier only delivered 1. However it was sometime before I was able to open the box and find that it only contained one cover. I contacted The Range who were absolutely no use so I emailed Doodle Products to see if there was anything they could do. I didn’t hold out much hope as the item was delivered at least 3 weeks ago.

Mary and Kabir were just brilliant. Got back to me so quickly and within another week had sent a replace radiator cover

Excellent customer service. Explained when it would be delivered and was able to track delivery. Nicely done.

Paid for a bed to arrive and should have been here today when chased the company for an update on delivery all they had to say on the matter was "The transport team is currently planning, and as of now, we do not have a delivery date."

This is poor explanation and business model
