Ver disappointed with the level of service & expertise. Two Salespeople (they called themselves technicians!) showed with one goal in mind to Sell a new AC unit. They didn’t even check the unit with any tools. Immediately condemned the unit. After requesting to check the unit properly, they found the motor was likely damaged. The replacement cost $2000. However, they warned me that they couldn’t check the compressor condition & it maybe wasting my $. They proposed a new special program for replacing the whole unit @ $270.00 + tx monthly for 10 years totaling $34,668.00 calling this plan peace of mind for 10 years. When asked the average replacement price in full, they offered $12,000.00 to $13,000.00. I decided to get a second opinion. The REAL technician showed up within hours & tested the whole unit. The only issue was motor replacement & condenser cleaning which cost $600.00 versus $2,000.00 & offered the option of a replacement unit between $6,000.00 -$7,000.00 versus $13,000.00. My recommendation to stay away from this company and cancel the services recommended by FPL to maintain the AC unit, A TOTAL SCAM.

Nothing rectified and when we called back the agent was incredibly un helpful I had to ask for a supervisor 7 times before she put me on hold and I’m still waiting for someone to pick up after 19 minutes

Honestly, the easiest most seamless resolution I could have hoped for. We had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink and we were immediately connected with a local service who fixed the issue within a few hours. And everything was covered!
