This is so funny
This is so funny, I went on here to leave a review because the customer service from Nick was so good and it seems I'm not the only one :-). Things can go a little wrong sometimes but when you ask for it to be sorted and you get a really prompt, kind and professional response, and the issue is completely resolved what could have been a 3 star becomes a 5.

Great Customer Service by Nick
Nick dealt with my query efficiently and was very friendly, also checking if there was anything else I require. He ordered my replacement parts swiftly and they arrived with a couple of days. Nick followed up on the delivery to ensure all was well. Looking forward to assembling my unit. Great customer service.

Excellent Customer Service
Beautiful Mirror but unfortunately was damaged on delivery. I contacted the supplier immediately and spoke to Nick who was absolutely perfect! He was polite, professional and very sympathetic. I was asked how I would like to proceed and when I chose my preference it was dealt with immediately without any fuss. I would certainly buy from this supplier again.

I recently purchased a shoe cabinet from this companies website and when it arrived, unfortunately he had a few marks on it which I was unhappy with. After speaking to Nick, I could not have been happier. He dealt with my problem very effectively and I now have a show cabinet just as described on there website. He kept me updated every step of the way and could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend. Thank you again Nick.

I’m very pleased with the sofa I purchased. It is exactly as shown in the website.
I was also very pleased with the customer service I received. When the initial item didn’t arrive on the expected day (an issue with the delivery company) an agent immediately stepped in and sorted everything out with an alternative delivery company. He kept me informed through your the process. Ten out of ten for customer care!

I’m sorry that you have not been able to get through to us, I’m not sure what time you tried to call but our opening hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00 and we have been here all week (these are on our website along with our e-mail address).
If you tried to call us between Christmas and New Year we were closed from the 24th December to the 2nd January, there was a message on our website to reflect this.
I have sent you an e-mail as well, so we can look to get this resolved to your satisfaction ASAP.
