I was very excited to finally find a lamp that was stylish, graceful and that fit the decor of my home. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were very responsive and helpful.

Our family ordered a utility sink and cabinet from HomeBaa that was described as being wood and ceramic. When we received the item, it was metal and ceramic. We did not want a metal cabinet, we wanted the wood one that was described on their webpage. After contacting the HomeBaa Customer Service team, there were several e-mail discussions, including a screenshot that showed their description of the cabinet being wood and not metal. Since the item was not what was described on the website HomeBaa worked with us offering some alternatives. None of the alternatives matched what we wanted in the cabinet. The result was that HomeBaa has agreed to refund our purchase price. While it took several back and forth e-mails to resolve the issue, the HomeBaa Customer Service team (Dulce in particular), were very professional in their responses and overall handling of the problem. I feel that if you have an issue with one of their products and contact their customer service team respectfully, you will get great service. My thanks to them for handling this issue so well.

The WORST company ever!!! We ordered a desk back in early June and just received it in early last week in August! NO INSTRUCTIONS and so many pieces and screws! How is someone supposed to put this together. RIDICULOUS! I emailed them 2 weeks ago and no response STAY AWAY!

Product looks beautiful and feels sturdy, only downside was the waiting to receive the product itself. However very happy with the quality and purchase overall.

Awful customer service no phone number . Still no package been over a month!! Don't use the place.

I received an open box chandelier with parts missing.
I've had 5 or 6 emails from them asking for more and more photos.
They won't give me return instructions or a credit.
Homebaa is a scam .

Fast communication and notification regarding shipping. Note, however, that their shipping TIME frame starts from when product is delivered to the shipping company, not starting from date of product order; AND it is inclusive only of business days (Monday-Friday, non-holidays).

Besides the above, there were negative reviews by others, regarding packing, but I wish I had taken pictures...the 3 separate crates from my desk pieces were legitimately a wooden crate around the product, surrounded by cardboard box, then an ADDITIONAL wooden crate to protect during shipping. NOTHING was chipped, scratched, or damaged in any way upon unpackaging!

I did need to request assembly instructions, and hope your item comes with that included. Hope this helps!
