I'm sorry but we do not have phone support. Our hosts have access to our host support team by email. In most cases, we are able to reply the emails within 1 business day.
Homadorma limits support to online communication for a few reasons.

Homadorma allows students and hosts communicate with each other prior to committing to book, in order to help find a match between the two. With the help of communication platform such as Zoom, students and hosts are even able to take one step further to interview each other before booking. Glad we helped!
One thing sets us apart from other property listing site is that we try to deliver a finalized legal contract to secure the booking. This is a much better guarantee than just having a verbal "yes" to each other.

Homadorma provides detailed information and services for both student and homestay hosts to put your mind at ease. All of my questions have been answered typically within a few hours. They outline up to date Covid protocols and guidelines to make sure both the student and hosts are safe.

This is our first year doing homestay
This is our first year doing homestay. I did not expect that I can get a booking so quickly from Homadorma! The student has been staying with us for about 2 weeks and she likes our home.
They do the homestay inspection for free and edited my photos for me. Then the student saw our page and loved our profile. Everything went well.
The most amazing thing is that they did not charge me a penny for getting a booking. Thank you Homadorma!

My first time experience
This is the first time I use homadorma which my friend recommended to me when she knew that I wanted to be a home stay renter. Last week I booked appointment for the interview, on Aug 16th the stuff interviewed with me, gave me some advices and I sent her the photos, the next day Aug 17th I got one room booked, and on Aug 18th the second room was booked! It’s so nice experience, give me confidence to start my homestay life! Thanks Homadorma!
