Very easy to use platform
Very easy to use platform. No fee for host. Recommend students from time to time. Reminders are sent to host often. Electronic contracts are prepared for host and student's security funds will be deposited into host's account. Worry free for host.

The platform is not designed to…
The platform is not designed to facilitate the communication between hosts and students. I can only screen students after the students have paid. Compared with airbnb, I believe Homadorma should allow hosts to communicate with the students before they pay to ensure the students can book a home that meets their needs.

So this is the message that I wanted to communicate with the student before they move in, and Homadorma blocked it "System warning:The previous message was not delivered.Our system has detected that you attempted to communicate with students outside of homadorma without permission.Please check our message regulation."
Their response to my review is completely untrue and fraudulent.
Before we discuss further, could you help me with following questions: Do you smoke? Are you going to stay only by yourself? Are you going to have visitors during your stay? Are you going to cook? If so, do you cook a lot, or only simple meals or warming up food? Would you bring a pet? Would you need parking? How long would you stay? Are you a student? Do you work? I would request some documents before confirming your booking, would you be ok with that?

I'm sorry but this is not true. Homadorma allows students and hosts to communicate on our website through our messaging system. Communicating with student or host does not require any payment on homadorma.com.
We do not allow users to bypass homadorma to contact the other party, as this may lead to fraudulent transactions.
As a result of you terminating the homestay agreement after signing into it, we had to look for another homestay for the student in the last minute. Luckily, we were able to find a reliable homestay for the student. Homadorma's purpose is simple: find great homestays for our students, and avoid placing students into unreliable homestays who do not honour the confirmed rental agreement.
