Well executed, friendly and polite movers, professional attention to details, all items arrived intact 😊

Great service, on time, communicated ETA on loading day arrival time. Guys were friendly and everything went smoothly. No damages and covered important items with protection. I drove with the guys in truck, very pleasant!! Off loading and reassemble went by swiftly. Team double checked all loaded and off loaded themselves and double checked with me all in order. I highly recommend Holland Movers !

Ik ben erg tevreden over de verhuizing van Enschede naar Rotterdam.
Het team werkte snel en zorgvuldig: mijn meubels werden netjes gedemonteerd door de handyman en alles werd zonder schade ingeladen en overgebracht.
De verhuizers waren vriendelijk, professioneel en dachten goed mee.
Ze waren zelfs sneller klaar dan gepland, waardoor de uiteindelijke kosten lager uitvielen dan de oorspronkelijke offerte.
Echte vakmensen – absoluut een aanrader.

This would be the second time we used Holland Movers. Overall with the move itself, we were pleased. However, during our last experience, the movers backed into our car (which was parked) with the moving van. Accidents happen and while we are glad no one was hurt, we have been without a car for 2 months. The owners assured us this would be taken care of with their insurance in a rapid manner but we have yet to even receive next steps on where insurance stands... 2 months later. It would be one situation if both parties were involved in the accident but that is not the case here. On top of dealing with settling into our new home, full time job and kids, now we are having to spend an exorbitant amount of time trying to get a resolution on an issue that we did not create nor were involved in.

We zijn heel tevreden, over de hele verhuizing. Alles wat snel uit de vrachtwagen en op de juiste plek gezet. De mannen, Pim, Koen en Skip waren vriendelijk aardig en snel.

The guys were very professional and did a great job with the move. Using the moving lift also helped things go quicker. All of my items were packed well and unpacked and reassembled at the new place without any issues. There was some minor damage to a wardrobe but the team was accommodating and offered compensation which was a nice way to wrap up the experience. Thanks to Mats, Alberto, and Zack for their work.

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en geduldig, vooral omdat ik de regels in Nederland niet kende, en ze legden me alles uit. Al mijn vragen werden duidelijk en zonder problemen beantwoord. Het verhuisteam was altijd professioneel en punctueel. Mijn verhuizing verliep perfect en volledig stressvrij. Ik zou Holland Movers zeker weer inhuren voor al mijn verhuiswensen.

Very disappointed with my experience.
My TV was completely ruined during the move, and the company refused to help or take responsibility.
It’s really frustrating to deal with such a lack of care after trusting them with my belongings.
I hope this review helps others avoid the same problem.

alles ging zo als afgesproken.
de verhuiswagen was een kwartiertje te laat maar dat werd van te voren keurig telefonisch gemeld.
de verhuizers waren erg vriendelijk en stelden zich netjes aan iedereen voor.
het probleem dat de laadklep bij aankomst niet hoog genoeg bleek te gaan werd keurig opgelost door alles via de deur en de lift binnen te brengen.
Berend L, Johan W en Kevin S nogmaals bedankt voor de perfecte verhuizing, jullie verdienen een dikke pluim 👍

Ik werd goed op de hoogte gehouden en voorzien van handige tips.
De 2 broers die de daadwerkelijke verhuizing verzorgde waren voorzichtig met mijn spullen en punctueel.

Zeer bekwame, geduldige (waren vergeten paar spullen in te pakken, dus deden het ter plekke), voorzichtige (pakten de TV veilig in, en namen het bed naar boven zonder schades), en vriendelijke jongens! Eerder van Holland Movers gebruik gemaakt, en bij een eventuele komende verhuizing geen andere partij!

Verder had ik met spoed (4 dagen voor de verhuizing) en ook nog eens op een Zondag hulp nodig... en ze konden!

The move overall went very well — the team was professional, careful with the furniture, and communication was excellent throughout. A small accident occurred (a standing lamp was broken), but I understand these things can happen and I’m okay with it.

What did bother me was the time and billing. The actual work could have been completed in less than 6 hours, but it felt like the team stretched it until the 6-hour mark. After that, I was still billed for the full 6.5 hours quoted. In addition, the third mover (not the handyman) spent nearly an hour sitting in the van while the handymen did the assembly — and I was still paying for that time.

Aside from these issues, the overall service was good and the movers were very professional and pleasant to work with.

Het team dat voor mijn verhuizing aanwezig was, was efficiënt, behulpzaam, dachten mee en erg vriendelijk. Het was voor mij een leuke ervaring, dat waren vorige verhuizingen niet haha. Top marks!

The two guys who helped with the delivery were amazing, friendly, sociable and very quick with their work. Needless to say, they were also very careful with my belongings and made it a priority to provide the best service possible. They even let me take my bike on the truck since we had plenty of space. Overall, perfect experience!
