Seller Contacted me promptly after purchase to organise delivery of part,
Found the part I needed for a great price which was really appreciated,

Ordered part. Instructed to email to arrange freight ..NO REPLY. Phoned through and was told I would recieve an email or call later in the day ..NO CONTACT RECEIVED. Further emial sent...NO REPLY. Complete waste of time. I anticpate that following this feedback I will still recieve no explanation. :-(

My interstate daughter phoned me in a very distraught state when she discovered her car's rear tail-light had been smashed. A student, she knew she couldn't afford the replacement and repair.
I searched for a used replacement tail-light and found one at HollanderParts in Casula. The price was very affordable and when I phoned to pay, found that the part would be sent via express post to my daughter - all for less the $100. The phone communication was clear, helpful and efficient.
I sent my daughter a link to a YouTube video demonstrating how to replace the broken tail-light so she can fix it herself. I highly recommend HollanderParts for replacement car parts.

Quick service and delivery

I purchased the part online. I then received email instructing me to contact the yard to arrange delivery. I called them to arrange and after being on hold for 15 minutes was told they didn't have the part. At least the refund was prompt.

You are sending me a survey and my purchase has not been completed.
I paid for the part over the phone and have not received a tax invoice or receipt.
I have had engagement from your company except for these automated messages.
When I called to organise the shipping, the man on the phone was very nice, friendly and helpful. No continuation of service.

Shipped the part super quick and it worked.

So far (and it's been 9 days) I have been unable to contact anyone at Hollander or the parts recycler and while I understand it is Xmas, our vehicle is stranded 700 km from home until we get this part.

THIS COMPANY HAD A PART ON ITS WEBSITE FOR SALE, SO WE BOUGHT IT, ONLY TO BE TOLD IT WASN'T AVAILABLE AFTER ALL. WHY DID THEY ADVERTISE IT FOR SALE IF IT WASN'T FOR SALE.

The team member I spoke to was able to express post my car part so that it arrived the very next day, which was terrific. This was handled in a very polite manner by the man who took my call and the express delivery was arranged without hesitation. Many thanks!

It said on the add that the part was in Newcastle not New Zealand and wouldn’t ship it to me.

Easy to use and can find the right parts for my 2015 cruze Sri hatchback

Orderd a BMW 120i e82 differential center online, only to be told the following day that it was not available. They didn't not seem to know anything about the order.

Sold me a part from a wreckers who dont have the item and have not been part of Hollanders for 18 months.

I bought a 2nd row seat for an iMax as was instructed to contact the yard after payment.
When I spoke to them they informed me that they are not part of Hollanders because it cost too much to be a member and that they didnt have the part anyway so it wouldnt have been supplied.

Currently trying to get my money back from Hollanders
