First camera failed within a year but got talking to the guys from brunmstadt and got a replacement sent out straight away. Really good customer service very happy

I had some problems configuring it for my car model, but the team was always attentive until the problem was resolved. Now I'm enjoying it, very good quality. I recommend it.

The after sales service was top shelf. Kevin and Tommy replied promptly to my emails with accurate and simple instructions.

I got a head unit of these guys about 8 months ago now can't fault it! I have ran into a couple of technical issues over this time, both times i reached out to Tommy and had a reply within a couple of hours and problem sorted not long after that.
Really good product with even better after service!

Not a great experience:
*There was nothing on the packaging to say that it had come from Brummstadt and there was no invoice/receipt included so it was unclear whether it was the unit I had ordered.
*There were no installation instructions and there are no videos available online.
*There is no phone number for support. When I messaged their website, there was no response despite assurances on the website that a response would be provided in a 'few minutes.'
*Quality issues - there was a screw missing from the rear of the unit.
*The unit came with a dash removal tool so I didn't need to purchase the recommended extra tool kit - I am still waiting on a refund on this.
*I purchased the recommended microphone however there is no microphone port in the unit - I am still waiting on a refund on this.
*The GPS and 4G units do not stick to the dash - they are loose and flying around
*There is no way of bolting the unit into the car so I have some concern that it may come out over time.
*The interface and function is not terrible smooth - a bit glitchy.

I've had 2 years of of great online support.
Questions answered and problems resolved quickly.
I also had a new model head unit sent as I had a problem with the original purchase.
This company has been outstanding and im glad I purchased from them.

Quick delivery and fantastic communication

Experienced was great. Communication was very quick and comprehensive. Also the conversations felt very personal and friendly. A welcome change compared to the normal robotic interactions everyone has become used to.

I ordered a new head unit for my old 2013 GXL LC200 it fitted up no worries later to find the reverse camera did not work because the factory cameras are 6V and the new headunits are 12V. Having my suspicions I asked the question when ordering but they weren’t able to confirm the voltage of my cruiser. When I emailed there support team minutes after discovering this after install, they quickly responded and even sent out a new camera to suit for free! Since i had flagged this already during ordering rather than just give me the voltage adapter due to the quality video it would produce on my new screen.

Product is clean and works well.
Support was prompt and accurate, they also explained how to program my steering wheel controls to the new headunit. (Very easy)

I recommend using their trim tool kit as this made install easy.

I had a really great experience with this team. After installing Apple CarPlay, I lost functionality of my reverse camera and wasn’t sure how to fix it. They quickly identified the issue and organised the correct cord needed to reconnect it.

Throughout the process, they kept me updated with shipping details and made everything super easy. The cord arrived quickly, and once installed, everything worked perfectly again.

Great service and everything works perfectly. TBH I didn’t expect anything to be suitable for a 2004 Hilux. Very pleased especially when the plug and play harness compatible with my car was sent to make installation easier

The unit is a big improvement on the factory fit and fitted perfectly. I would have liked a more detailed connection instruction specific for my set up. Having said that the support I got from the sales team and tech team (Tommy).

Purchased a new head unit and dash cam for my 2013 Panamera. The whole process was easy. Great communication from Patrick at Brummstadt and professional installation from Aaron on the Gold Coast. Very pleased with the head unit itself.

Installationof headunit is fairly straight forward, however unless you are practical/technically minded, I would suggest getting help with it.Delivery was a bit slow but Kevin was diligent in follow up and ultimately did deliver on promises.Technical advice from Patrick is very good, accurate and clear when working through set up of head unit and apps. Email contact is frustrating when seeking support,as on multiple occassion their mailbox bounced back as it was full, adding days to communication process. Brummstadt management need to improve and implement competitive chat/YouTube type guides to better support their team and customers; matching competitors websites.The analogue AM RADIO will notwork due to poor aerial reception. Apparently ISUZU OEM unit operates AM/FM via integrated aerial and Brummstadt to date have not provided a solution to instal aerial alternative? You will need to buy the DAB+ kit to listen to these stations(works well), not that this will help in emergency in regional areas of Australia. The unit looks great, works well in metropolitan areas. For remote and regional Australia Starlink looks like a good idea for reliable internet.
