Great service prompt delivery

The fact that I needed something else after original purchase but they held it on hand till the other part I needed was ready and shipped them both together instead of separately for double the shipping

Placed an order for a Fiat 500 right…

Placed an order for a Fiat 500 right front splash guard.
No number to contact the supplier.I called Hollander parts.Very unprofessional,No help at all and couldn't care less.
I needed more parts for a Fiat and a Alfa Romeo.
Hollander Parts are crap to deal with.
Never again.

The parts finder website made finding…

The parts finder website made finding the part easy. When I called the sales guys was very friendly and helpful. He arrange for the part to be collected and doubled checked on its condition. They sent it off the very next day. Excellent service, I highly recommend them.

Would have given you five stars but…

Would have given you five stars but your email told me that I had to ring the wreckers to arrange shipping but when I did I was told it was already its way. No biggie but maybe something that needs fixing in the system.

Ordered a part for $30 which was…

Ordered a part for $30 which was confirmed . telephoned to arrange for shipment .was told better to get the part in victoria as shipment from QLD to Vic would be $70. This is not true .
Next i looked on eBay and the part i ordered with confirmation was advertised at $99 .
Do not deal with these people . They are not honest . Do not trust them .I got the part elsewhere in Syd and shipment was $25 .
