Does not even deserve one star. Atrocious company, absolute scam. Please do not waste your money. I ordered a kangaroo hoody to carry my baby and it is the worst product I've ever received. Nothing like advertised, big cheap fleecy with a hole in the middle. Very very unsafe there is no way it would support a child! Customer service is shocking, takes weeks for a reply and very rude and unhelpful staff. I've had to take pictures of the product and they requested I ship this back to China, at my own expense for them to decide if they will issue a refund. Absolute joke, this has been on going for months with no resolution and I believe they purposely do this so you give up and accept no refund. I also feel the reviews on their website are false as I have tried to leave a review and was never able to and there is no way these reviews match the horrendous product I received. Honestly don't waste your money. Absolute fraudulent!!!!!

I bought dungarees which are supposed to be made of cotton and are 100% polyester. I've had a long back and forth with their customer service about how, according to UK law, they have to pay for returns if the product does not match the description and they still refuse. I reported them to Trading Standards and suggest that everyone else does too. You can do an internet search for "Trading Standards" and "complaint" and fill out the Citizens Advice form.

Dungarees I ordered are made of very thin fabric. No buttons to adjust straps on shoulder, just elastic which is very weak. I paid £37.99 for a poor quality item. Trying to return them is very difficult. Many email exchanges. I have to pay to post to China! Do not use this company-terrible customer service.

After having to write a review to get a response from Hollander, I still haven’t received my £38.99 which they’ve had for almost 2 months now! I received an email the next day saying I’d get it. That was last Wednesday!

Would that we could leave a ZERO star review. Cheats and swindlers. Item sent bears no resemblance to that ordered and their address for return to China (at my expense, obviously) doesn't fit any online courier forms. Deliberate obfuscation.

I’m annoyed at myself for ordering without checking the reviews. Ordered a pair of dungarees. Quality and fit appalling. Totally unsuitable. Awful customer service.

Do not order , they sent me a completely wrong size, and want me to pay shipping costs back to the china for their mistake complete scam will be escalating to trade standard and Instagram and all other platforms

Wish I had read the reviews. At least the company show consistency!!
My item arrived but was the wrong colour (material cheap too) I am told the customer has to fund the return & hope that a refund will be issued. Clearly no one would trust that they would fulfil the refund when they cannot fulfil the order or accept responsibility for their mistake. Such a disposable, throw away company I’m disappointed in myself for being sucked in. I’d rather pay 3X the amount & get something well made, by people who care.

Do not order from this company.
