Bestelling hadden ze naar een ander adres verzonden als was opgegeven, reactie 'dan haal je het maar op'. Na aangegeven te hebben dat het dan word terug gestuurd en ik een nieuwe bestelling doe voor verzending naar het correcte adres is mijn account geblokkeerd, dus centen van 2 bestellingen weg. Zeker NIET aan te raden.

Eigenlijk nul sterren. Ik zag op de foto’s een mooie pantalon, plaatste de bestelling, betaalde om en bij de 40 euro, en ontving drie weken later goedkope rommel in zo’n klein vierkant zakje a la Ali of Temu. Te mijden!

I so wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing a pair of dungarees that beared absolutely no resemblance to those advertised. Fabric not cotton corduroy as described. Cheap, thin polyester. I requested a refund and was requested to send them back. I was not asked to provide tracking and to my shock a whole year after I sent them they’ve been returned to me! Absolutely disgusting company with no integrity whatsoever. I’ve been scammed and learnt the hard way.

Lee Hollande is a total crook. He rented a room at my place, for his girlfriend Janet Burg.
He used to pay me cash to cover the rent. He did this to hide this expenditure from his wife.
When he stopped paying rent altogether, I started the eviction on Janet.
When they realized I was evicting Janet, he wrote me a check that bounced.
The check was to cover rent for his long-time girlfriend Janet Burg.
Janet is an active alcohol and drug user. She lived on my property for a couple of months and destroyed it. They are a "Bad news" couple.

I’d give them no stars if I could. Ordered in December. Still not received. Contacted them and gave them chance to send before contacting my bank to reclaim the money. Sorted with my bank in March. The company (which no longer appears to have a website) has had the cheek to dispute my claim for return of funds. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Same as other reviews: ordered a sweater for one of my bridal activities and it never came. They said it was back ordered and would ship it as soon as the following week. That was in January. No response and I still haven’t gotten my money back.

Ordered a one-piece jumpsuit and it never arrived. There was some back-and-forth communication and they said they would try sending it again. I never got a shipping confirmation. No refund or further communication even after reaching out. Terrible experience. Will never buy from them again.

Ordered a sweater in Jan 2024.. 2 months later still no sweater. When I reached out in February I got what seems to be the standard response of back Order issues because the item was so popular. Sent another email at the end of February and no response. Just sent another one asking for a refund and if the response is anything like what I have read from others.. it will be 35.00 lost.

DO Not order from this company!! They are frauds.

Ordered some PJ’s for my wife as a Christmas present in December via instagram, guess what, they still have not arrived! Emails coming back suggesting stocking issues and they will deliver, all promises never met. I have asked for a refund, still not a clue if that will happen. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered one sweatshirt 2 months ago and still have not received anything. I was guaranteed it would be shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. After a couple of weeks and nothing showing up i contacted customer service. They claimed that they had a higher than normal volume of orders for this product and it would be shipped out as soon as possible. I requested a tracking number and was never given one. Fast forward a month after ordering…. I reached out again and asked for a refund in which I received an email back from management in which they basically refused to refund my money and told me they would send my item when they could along with the tracking information. I still have received nothing and now I cannot even get a response out of them. This company is TERRIBLE. ***The email I received from management is copied below***

To be completely transparent, we have been encountering unexpected challenges with our payment gateways. Payment gateways are the services that process credit card transactions for us. Think of them as the digital equivalent of a cash register.

How it works is, when you pay for your order, it does not directly get moved to the company's revenue capital bank account. It goes through a processing gateway that works with Visa, MasterCard, etc. They hold these funds for a few days and then process them to us. We then use it to manufacture and ship out your order.

However,

Sometimes, these services hold funds for various reasons temporarily, which is what happened to us.

This has unexpectedly placed our funds on hold, causing a ripple effect that has sadly impacted our shipping schedules. We had been assured that these matters would be resolved by certain dates, but unfortunately, they were not, leading to further delays.

That is why we kept on giving you dates of shipment, but pushing them further, because we were led to believe they would be released, but they were not.

I understand that this is our issue and problems, not yours. This is information that is strictly internal and was never meant to be shared publicly. However, we have a duty to you, and I wanted to be fully transparent. We are also not able to refund your orders at this time while we sort this out.

I assure you, this situation is as frustrating for us as it is for you. We are actively working with our payment providers to resolve these issues as swiftly as possible. Here's what we are doing to make things right:

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered two pairs of dungarees with raving reviews. When they arrived they were diferent collours to those I had ordered and the quality of the garment was terrible. This is where the fun started- the returns process. The Garments had to be sent back to China recorded delivery. This cost over £35, half the price of the total garment cost. I sent it back as I wanted to at least get some money back. Four months later I have not recieved a refund in my account. I sent them an email asking where the refund was and they have assured me that the moemny will be transferred. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Complete scam. Order never came and card was scammed right after purchase. Luckily my bank stopped further transaction. Really pissed off I didn’t check here before ordering.

Wish I checked this page before I made a purchase. Same as others, they replied when I first asked where my order was and then nothing... tracking number provided is completely bogus too. Also, no social media pages up now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Hollander took my payment but I have not received my order. They initially replied when chased saying they would look into it, but are now ignoring my request for a refund. Appalling. They are a scam - do not buy from them.

What absolute rubbish garment! Waited 2 months for these dungarees to arrive. Dreadful material. Wish I'd read reviews before!
Is so wrong how these people get away with this.

Purchased dungarees. Appalling standard of workmanship, fabric too thin to be classed as corduroy. They are so short they don’t reach my ankles (I’m 5’5” so standard height). Wrote for a refund request - no reply. Shocking

Terrible quality product, nothing like advertised. The dress I ordered had a zip on the photo on their website, the dress that arrived didn't have a zip and was awful material. I emailed to request the returns information and was asked to send photos, I have had no reply since. Avoid this website!!!
