I had an AMAZING experience with this company. I ordered a metal hanging for the wall and somehow lost the hardware in moving from one place to another. I reached out to customer service and Ozgard was outstanding. They sent a replacement packet of hardware that got intercepted and thrown away by a neighbor. When I contacted Hoagard again, they sent ANOTHER set of hardware. Now it's complete and hanging on my wall and I'm thrilled. It looks AMAZING.

I had a difficult design decision to make and the design team was very patient and helpful during this process. Moreover, the end product turned out perfectly and looks great!

Loved the custom pieces I bought. They came in a timely manner and just look great. Easy to mount and very god quality!

Habe ein individuell gestalteten Leuchtschriftzug bestellt. Zwischen Designfreigabe und Fertigstellung wurden nicht ganz 3 Wochen benötigt. GLS Lieferung hat nochmal 2 Wochen gedauert. Tendenziell etwas lange, aber meines Erachtens noch in Ordnung.

Der Leuchtschriftzug wurde bestens verpackt. Keinerlei Beschädigungen. Ausgepackt, angeschlossen und funktioniert. Absolut tolles Design und beeindruckendes Lichtbild sowohl bei Helligkeit als auch bei Dunkelheit.

Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Placed an order on 5th March, after two weeks, the order is not arrived yet. On their website is marked "fulfilled" but no tracking is available online. It takes less time to arrive an order coming from China that need to stay in customs for days...
I hope that the order will soon arrive.

Nach zwei Wochen hat sich der Status bei GLS immer noch nicht geändert. Das Paket ist also noch nicht mal übergeben worden.
Keine Kommunikation möglich und nun werde ich alles widerrufen müssen. Bin mal gespannt, ob ich wenigstens das Geld zurück bekomme.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

EDIT: So, nachdem dann noch eine weitere Information kam, haben wir dann kurz darauf auch unsere Bestellung erhalten. Die Kommunikation war deutlich verbesserungswürdig, aber das Neon Schild ist okay. Qualitativ auf alle Fälle besser, als die Angebote bei Amazon und Co (aber eben auch deutlich teurer).

Acquistato LED e decorazione in ferro il 25/1/23. Ricevuto il tracking che però continua a risultare dal 9/2 "non ancora preso in consegna dal corriere". Contattato sia il corriere che loro e si rimbalzano la responsabilità. Pessimo acquisto. Chissà se arriverà mai e in che condizioni.

I’ve ordered three different items over the past few years, and we have loved each of them. The quality of each item and your customer service are superb!

The customer service was helpful but their shipping techniques are not safe. My first order came cracked in half. It was easy to send pictures and request a replacement. I just received the second order and it is cracked in the same place, but mostly together. One of the lights also broke in half on my second shipment. The whole process was pretty slow, ordered in the beginning of December and all said and done it is mid Feb. It works though so I plan on keeping it. But I wouldn't order again from this company even though I like other lights.

They sent my order 2+ weeks late and didn't even send the connection to plug the neon into the wall so it's completely unusable. Terrible customer service as I've reached out multiple times and never heard back

The product looks as it should but the plug gets incredibly hot. We can not plug it in due to how hot it gets.

It’s so nice to find something you would love on the internet, order it, and then have it arrive with no issues only to have it look even better than the pictures online. Thank you so very much for such a great experience.

Ich kämpfe nun seit 2 Monaten mit Hoagard um mein Geld zurückzubekommen.
Mein Paket kam nie bei mir an, obwohl es laut GLS geliefert sein sollte. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht, jetzt soll ich eine eidesstattliche Erklärung unterschreiben, dass ich das Paket nicht bekommen habe. Sowas habe ich noch nie gehört und werde ich auch nicht unterschreiben. Schade, dass ihr es einem so schwer macht. Das war das erste und letzte Mal bei hoagard. Bestellt da bloß nicht!!!

Beautiful but came with no instructions nor a template to hang

It was horrible. The product didn’t come for 4 months and when it arrived the plug didn’t work so I had to buy another one.

The product is great! The turn around time for production and delivery needs improvement. Six weeks is too long. If the product can’t be delivered ahead of the Xmas holiday, when ordered 4-5 weeks ahead, the customer should be informed.

ordered in September 2022 for a Halloween party and got it the day after Christmas. It did eventually come but communication was terrible, I asked for my money back multiple times (they never acknowledged it). Not worth the hassle.

Cool product, girlfriend loves her monsterra piece, i got the shoes hanging from a wire. Moved in the middle of receiving it and now I can't find it. As soon as I do its going in the bar

I ordered a neon October 3rd and I received it mid January! I’ve communicated many times with Hoagard. When I finally asked to cancelled my order, they never answered me back and the shipped the neon. Very disappointed.
