Waited 4 months for an “in stock” product to ship. Got sporadic and dismissive updates. Light finally arrived and died within 48 hours.

I love your products. The products also give my home a unique look.

Nice light but the electrical plugs and adapters given are low grade trash.

The plug given broke the second I attempted to plug it in. When I reached out to customer support (which took 10 days for them to rely) they had no solutions. I ended buying 3 different adapters from Amazon (30$) because they would not tell me the specs for the plug. I’m only giving 3 stars because I’m nice but really left a bad taste in my mouth. 2/5 stars

Also the lights have no switch for On/Off so you have disconnect the plug manual each time.

I bought the set of 3 skeleton fish. They arrived faster then I thought which was fantastic and they look great on my wall.

To sum up my experience with them:

- Took over 3 months to receive my neon wall art.
- Wrote multiple times to customer support, only replying generic messages.
- After finally receiving the product, the neon doesn't even light up. (Paid almost 200$CAD for this)

Yes i was worried as delivery was 2 plus months! I read a lot of bad reviews on their site about it being a scam so was very worried! But alas I recieved my products and am very happy with both signs. They look great!!

Please read reviews before you buy from Hoagard. I ordered neon wall art in early October. I have contacted them twice and they responded with "your order is in production" with no timeline of when it would be finished or shipped. I still have received no update and when I click to view my order status it hasn't updated as well. This company is either a scam or is very very unreliable.

Versandbereitschaft hat lange gedauert, dann wurde das Paket ewig nicht an GLS übergeben. Keine Antworten auf Mails oder die so angepriesene What’s App Verfügbarkeit. Absolut schlechter Service und daher direkt die Paketannahme verweigert, bevor es überhaupt richtig losgeschickt wurde. Den Spaß können die mit jemand anderem machen. NIE WIEDER!!

It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received my order.

I was ignored and lied to multiple times. Hoagard is super uncommunicative and uncooperative. Not only did shipping take a month longer than was originally communicated, my multiple inquiries were ignored when trying to reach out about it. Hoagard also advertises a false sense of item returnability. They refused my return and told me they dont accept returns from the US and Canada. This is not communicated anywhere under their return policy. Again, my multitude of messages were ignored for over a month when attempting to initiate a return. I've spoken with others about their experiences with Hoagard and many have had the same experience (ignoring communications through email/instagram/whatsapp/etc). This was the worst online buying experience of my life and a huge financial loss. Hoagard does not care about their customers.

This company is a scam. Placed my order 2 months ago and nothing. I didn’t receive my order or an answer to get a refund. Costumer service is terrible, they never answer. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. DON’T BUY FROM THEM IS A SCAM. Tried to get a refund but their costumer service is a joke.

Lieferung wurde Wochen vorher storniert, es wurde bestätigt- und doch trotzdem geliefert. Die Rückgabe durfte ich dann selbst zahlen.

Good experience, bying from Hoagards. Godd and precise information on web about product spesifications. One star deduction because it took them almost three weeks packing the product before shipping.

Das Lichtbild ist in sehr guter Qualität und schwerer als ich dachte - darum Daumen hoch. Die Farbe der Leuchte ist irre und seh zu empfehlen.

You advertised free shipping, I bought more to meet the requirements and then my item was held up mid shipping until I had to pay an additional $50. I feel scammed and ripped off and have emailed the company twice and I’ve been ignored.

Placed my order over 2 months back. Still have not received anything. Their customer service is crappy. They usually don't respond.

They are basically scamming people.
Please don't order and report them.

Find it dodgy as to put up prices before Black Friday sale.
I bought the same product that is available now for the same price at 15% off just a few weeks ago. Now apparently 30% off a completely different price that’s marked up. Oh yeah and just prepare to wait weeks or months for your product. Stated 7-10 business days, arrived in well over a month. Amazing work guys seriously, keep slapping your customers in the face.
