When I bought my first Hismith product a year ago, I had a little issue with it at first and contacted the customer support. I sent them a few pictures and they immediately send a replacement.
That really won me over and by now I own several of their amazing products.

Superb machine and service!
The machine is really of high quality, easy and smooth to handle.
The attachments i ordered along with are all of equally high quality and longevity and are qualitywise superior to almost all other similar toys i purchased over the years.
All items were very quickly dispatched and fastly delivered, and the friendly customer support always seems very dedicated to satisfy their clients.
Nothing to complain about. I can only recommend!
