High 5 Casino Recenzje

Won money, completed verification, went to redeem and they locked my account. Customer Service is non existent. Scam!!! Avoid!!!. Want a good casino try American Luck or CrownCoins at least you can redeem your winnings with them!

Well the initial sign up was fine, everything went smoothly I was done and ready to go in under 15/20 mins. Then they HAVE to do a MANUAL verification on top of the already auto approved one (Because apparently even they don't trust their automation. Except when it's their only form of customer service, the one that SHOULD have a real person.) Anyway so I couldn't do anything (no buying, no playing anything including play money) except claim my dailies until they did their manual verification. Well that took 9 days (it should absolutely not take any extensive amount of time to look at 2 photos. It takes <5 secs I've done the same crap before you can do thousand+ an hr. It's 90% pure laziness and not giving a damn, 8% under employment, 1% just being a dik and 1% misc) so by then all the starter offers had expired and on top of it I've been unable to hit anything above like $2 a couple times on $0.20-1 bets, all kinds of dud bonuses. But so far I'm down $300+ and still absolutely no response from a real person on multiple platforms (the AI will repeatably tell me "it's a shame I couldn't buy because of the wait"and then proceed to tell me "I should have bought them in a more timely manor," 🤬.) Was thinking about starting the account over, hoping they verify me fast enough, but I'm just going to call it quits after all that headache, no responses from anyone and being blamed for THEIR screwing me over. Plus I'm pretty sure theres only 2 employees, the money guy and a computer guy because its a damn ghost town for human interaction.

I used to like playing there, until every time I would buy coins it would tell me it failed, but the money came out of my account. they told me it would be replaced by my bank which was a lie. many many times stay away from there

Does not pay their AMOE only stake and the win zone pay

High5 remains one of my favorite platforms to enjoy. The jackpot feature is fantastic! Even as a newcomer, you have a strong chance of winning a jackpot. They offer a wide variety of games and many discounted packages. I truly love everything about this site!

"5 stars! I had a frustrating moment when my game crashed mid-play, but the customer support team really stepped up!
While it took a little bit for them to get back to me, they were extremely professional once they did....
They not only looked into the issue but also made sure to drop me some FP for the inconvenience!!.... It’s rare to find a site that actually takes care of its players like this! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a casino that values its community!"

i signed up for high5casino almost 2 years ago and have had nothing but a positive experience. i have won thousands of sc more then once but no one made me play it back. great support and they randomly suprise people with a pop up for free spins or coins. kudos

I have been playing at High 5 Casino for many years. I have never once won enough to make it worthwhile to make a redemption. This is after spending several thousands of dollars. Little by little, they took took and never once showed appreciation. I have gave chance after chance to change my mind. The reason I am finally reviewing them is because yesterday I gave them a try again. I spent $50 usd and played .50 every spin. I didn’t win a single penny with that $50.00. Not one cent.

Well winning of course!! I have been with modo for ever and was winning a good bit but I came to high 5 and I'm winning a lot more haven't hit big yet but hopefully soon

They mislead people by saying they are giving you free coins to try and there deposit required. You can play the game but you can’t redeem or cash out!!! On the withdrawal page it clearly state about the $100 requirement. It doesn’t say that you can’t redeem or withdraw money without making a deposit 1st. On their other platform it does say that the deposit is nessasary but not until they have misled you 1st. Most sites let you cash out without a deposit but not with them!!

I won $200 and it appeared I would get the money but then they said they aren't going to pay and the app switched to gold coins only. They told me that I was approved, everything was verified. They just did not want to pay so they didn't.

well maybe I'm just aggravated right now cuz I just spent 30 bucks and did not win on any game besides one that's I even broke even on one spin. I have had some decent experiences but after you cash out and sometimes just because you won't hit nothing no matter what. but I have cashed out and I was pretty easy so I appreciate that but the fairness is not always there

WHat a difference a year makes. This used to be a great casino with the perfect mix of fun and entertainment to keep ya playing for hours. Whatever changed, did so for the worse. Compared to the other options out there, this one is as tight as it comes. I never seen so many dead lifeless spins before. It used to be a mix now it isnt uncommon to flush 50 to 100 buc without ever getting excited or having anything close. Too bad this used to be my favorite sweeps, now I hardly play there anymore.

Has to be around the lowest rtp out there. I certainly wouldn't spend another dime with them.

In January of 2026 we lost our home of 13 years to fire. Insurance guys do wat they do and suddenly we are not covered only the land itself, Now we are almost homeless in a camper on the same property. Hoping to rebuild with what money we can earn with our livings.
High5 has made it possible with the gift card options they've made it possible to buy generator fuel, countless resturant visits. To afford veryday stuff like deodorants, linens, it even afforded us the price of a power invertor to use our truck for some electric. Many have been won with daily bonuses.
Thank you High5 literally being lifesavers.

I keep getting knocked out of the app, this is almost a week 1/2. I keep trying to contact them and I have did everything they have told me to do and still it isn't working. I spend great $ so this is a big disappointment 😞

No real support. I don’t have access to the email address attached to my account and cannot change it. There aren’t actually any live support agents and so everything goes through a ticket and they reply to the account t email. I now have $500 sitting in limbo and they won’t help me.

After playing about 1 year I won a large sum of money with High 5. I tried to redeem it so they locked my account. I was not able to redeem the money but naturally I was able to gamble it. I had been spending money for almost a year which they accepted but did not pay me when I won a large amount. The had redeem small amounts in the past. This is a true story so please please consider another casino.

The another night I complained about a game I always play. It was glitching , the turns way slow , the game would blink out and the 3 pig that I had blown magically went down when I had them ready to pop. $75 dollars I lost just because of the technical issues. I report the technician tried act like it was my fault. Mowing he could review the game see was having issues. It’s crazy they can take your money but when it’s time to pay you you have to wait days. I have 3 payout not to receive one yet. The I send a email to the support email it came back like it’s not real. I have had six or more friends jump on this game I believe it turning out to be a scam.

SCAM!!! I recently attempted to deposit $19.99 to access my winnings. However, my bank account shows a $20 charge processed through Coinbase at the exact same time. When I contacted High Cash Casino, they stated the charge was not from them, but the timing of the transaction coincided directly with my deposit attempt.. therefore I am now out of 20$ and they are telling me they are unsure how to resolve this issue.. SCAM!
