High 5 Casino Recenzje

Site is messed up. None of the games work. I live in Indiana and it says not available in your country. Apparently the United States cannot play any of their games. Funny the games run fine on the 50 other casinos I’m on and I win too. Negative stars to you and your sister site as well.

I’ve sent MULTIPLE emails to verify my account and no one has responded back to me. I put money on there and now I can’t redeem anything even though I’ve sent in all verification. Now I’m not even able to send a chat or anything. They just keep sending me the same automated email. What a joke!!! Customer Service is a JOKE!

High 5 uses the greatest, latest slots on their platform. It is simple to your account verified so that withdraws are simple and quick. They have many games to choose from and have a progressive jackpot that I would love to win.

I redeemed for a gift card through high 5 casino they said they approved it and sent it for redemption to prizeout and to contact prizeout I contacted prizeout they said they never got it and to contact high5 casino Neither one will give any answers. My advice is choose a different casino

I already was hesitant with the requirement to play through 2, 5 and sometimes 10 times before cashing, but I gave them a try and the pattern is the same. Win a little and the next time lose lose lose. RTP would be horrific without the two times requirement. With it, you can't even cash out with a loss. No more for me. The house already has the edge. I won't let them double that edge. MIA can forget me.

I am not able to verify my account to redeem my winnings, and every time I try it redirected me to say contact customer service, extremely frustrating and feels like I was cheated

When you need customer service to be on top of a situation, they were there and working on the problem within minutes. I've enjoyed not only the variety of games, but what stands out to me is how you can get a problem fixed and fast. Customer service to me makes for breaks a company. This company rates on the tip top of my list for go to playing.

I have had some really good wins with the games in High5Casino. The cashout is quick and easy, especially with Skrill. One of the best and fastest times. I also love the fact you get rewards every few hours and can play 5 free games. Thank you for the extra SC coins when i least expect it. So helpful and so much fun! Their Customer Service people are great!

I spent $10 and received 44SC. Seems neat right? Well, they have a 10x rollover, so I need to spend 440SC in order to redeem anything. I was fine with that and as you'd expect, I lost it all and went down to 0.06SC.

Here's the kicker -- I still "owe" 316 SC. So if I buy 5SC for 5$ I need to make that 5 SC last for $331 worth of spins! The place is a joke.

I was intrigued by the welcome bonus, So I told my son about it. He came over and we enjoyed playing together. Even hit a 1000X jackpot on a .20 bet. Played that $200 down to $100, verified, and redeemed. Then they CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND REDEMPTION saying I had multiple accounts. When me and my son simply made our own and played together. Be careful this place will do anything they can to cancel any winnings.

I used to love this app. I would win fairly regularly and have never had issues cashing out.. until I won a decent amount of money. 10K +. Now all of a sudden my account is under review and they’ve asked me to verify a bunch of information. It’s fine. I can verify the info, but it seems like they want to drag their feet on actually paying me what I’m owed. My account had already been verified. I’ve always been able to redeem/cash out for amounts like 7K and under. I’ll update this if things get any better, but at the moment, I’m not too thrilled. Crowncoins let me redeem $14K with them without any issue whatsoever. Just be cautious and weary of this site.

3 days later and I still do not have my money. I requested the withdrawal on the 6th. It is now the 11th. They say they do not process on the weekends, but I know I’ve had cash outs on the weekends before. They really seem to be dragging their feet and it’s infuriating. I also cannot withdrawal anything else as my account is under review.

It’s now March 17th and I still do not have my money. It’s been over 10 days since I requested a payout. They’re using the stall tactic in hopes that you’ll play it all back. with as long as this process has been, I don’t think I’ll ever play on their site again. I’d rather play with one of the other casinos that do not make you wait and jump through so many hoops to redeem your winnings.

High 5 claims a 72 hour approval timeframe for after verification. The verification process itself takes “up to 14 business days.” Even after completing this process, they have not approved any of my requests in this timeframe.

I absolutely love High 5 Casino! I’ve tried other online casinos before, but this one honestly stands out. The games are fun, easy to navigate, and they keep things exciting with constant promotions and bonuses.

What really keeps me coming back though is the winnings — they are GREAT and consistent. I’ve had continuous wins that actually make it feel worth my time. It’s not just a one-time lucky hit… I’ve genuinely had ongoing success, which makes the experience even more enjoyable and exciting.

I also appreciate how smooth everything runs, from gameplay to redemptions. The rewards program makes you feel valued, and that matters. Overall, it’s been such a positive experience for me.

Was having great start, on a streak, won 17 free spins and then the app shut down and rebooted. Got logged back in and no more free spins were supposedly played for me while I was stuck trying to get back in. Apparently 17 spins gave 5 bucks on 1 dollar a spin bets.thats what they say. Also went from hitting every other spin to never hitting again, maybe 40 cents back on 50 cent bets.
This was an obvious reset to stop me. I'm sorry but can't trust a site that reboots when you are playing, then they say we'll just log in off website, but too late they already fd me.
Won't recommend or play this rigged site

SO I have been playing this game for about a year and finally won enough to cash out the first time 100 and second 200 and did not anything and this is March so I want to know how it is so wonderful and at the same time rip you off I'm tired of paying for these games and get nothing in return to me they r a rip off

Recently I have deposited to the site and for the first time ever my account was not credited I have reached out via email multiple times no way to contact anyone and it have not been resolved this is beyond frustrating and foul I never expected this from them

Worst gaming experience I've ever had ,bought into this ,and low and behold they got me for hundreds ,me assuming from there advertising that I would get sweeps but I got no real money credit I only got coins ,so don't purchase anything from them expecting real money cuz I was scammed out of hundreds

Very timely customer service; redemption and resolutions. Always very kind .

This casino is absolutely awesome, I’ve never had any trouble with this platform. Anytime I’ve had questions they’ve been right there! They have super fast payouts, like just a few hrs! There range of games and tables are great! I highly recommend!

This website is one of the most absolute horrible gaming places I've ever come across. It doesn't matter what banking institution you have every time you try to use a debit card to make a purchase it says it fails but it takes money out of your account. There is never anybody to chat with for customer service. You have to wait on an email if you're lucky. But then your funds are held in a pending state for days until they go ahead and release the charge. This website is best left to itself and not patroned. I've had enough of this site.
