Well, I was enjoying myself playing slots and I started winning. Soon after I started winning, they kicked me off the slot I was playing and told me I needed to submit photo front and back of my ID card and a selfie. Well I attempted to do that several times but their automated system kept rejecting my government issued tribal ID card. Keep in mind that the system they use goes through the KYC verification. My tribal ID is listed as accepted forms of identification on the KYC website. Well after their system refusing my ID, I submitted a support ticket to their verification department requesting a manual review by an authorized supervisor or manager and received a generic response each time telling me to go through the automated system. High 5 casino is discriminating against native Americans and tribal identification cards by refusing to comply with the KYC guidelines that it claims to go by. This is unacceptable behavior from high 5 casino!

Okay, so I've done pretty good on this site. However, lately something has changed. First, I gotta say, it's IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of customer service. I did two cashouts and both were paid but then my account was placed on an "internal review" and I have no idea why.
