I had never played with them, and you always want to be LEARY PF THESE SOCIAL CASINOS so I bought a $2 for $7 they were advertising. Instantly, as soon as I tried to purchase i was asked to VERIFY MY IDENTITY. I had to take pictures of my drivers license, and I had to take a selfie of myself. Almost right away THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME MY IDENTITY WAS FULLY VERIFIED AND ALL WAS GOOD GO I COULD MOVE FORWSRD WITH PURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS. So I made my purchase. The purchase of $2 for $7 was accepted and it went thru, my account showed $7. HOWEVER, any game I tried to enter wouldn’t let me in and kept saying “MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN LOCKED TEMPORARILY”. I emailed support right away, and told enquirer what the issue was. I had run into similar situations like this with other casinos where both my SON BRIAN and I have accounts and I live with him so I mentioned that in the email I sent to support. High 5 casino allows you to obtain more daily rewards, the more money you spend, they also claim to gift you free SC for any friend who joins that uses your invite link. What they don't tell you, is that at any point for any reason, they can take those rewards away. They also don't tell you that even if your invited friend has a "qualifying purchase" they do NOT have to give you any SC. And when they screw you over, well good luck getting ahold of anyone. I've complained about numerous thing including game glitches that have stolen my SC and have only been met with at the most AI bots that lead to empty emails. My last review for this place was Oct 9, 2025 can you believe to this day I've still haven't had a redemption ??? I've been playing at High 5 for several years now, it used to be a good site! You could win some and also loose some. The payout time was a few days which wasn't so bad, but here lately, they have hired a new processor for redemptions. The verification process must be done with each redemption. Send in front & back of id.Front picture and right & left profile! I have no idea what that's all about. You can't submit a saved picture it has to be on their camera, but the catch is there's a big bar code that prevents you from getting a good picture. I've spoken with several representatives via email and all I get is a scripted response. Very sad situation and I've been waiting 4 days to request my redemption because of the run around. I might add when you speak with a rep, it's NEVER the one who responded to you,smdh. I used to enjoy this site but, all good things come to an end! It's time for me to move on, but only after I redeem my winnings! High 5 you definitely need to do better!
