High 5 Casino Recenzje

The redemption process is extremely easy.

High5 is my absolute favorite. I’ve been playing for a few months now , and have played several other social casinos but high5 is top notch. Customer service is great, super fast redemptions and I truly believe fair play. I solely play high5 now because of this. I also watch slotGoddess Lisa’s livestreams on mondays and they’re so fun and interactive. High5 team is wonderful and I trust this platform completely with their proven track record I have personally experienced. Thanks high5

Hi-5 Casino does not care about their customers that spend literally thousands of dollars a month on their website. It’s harder than hell to win lately on any of their games and not only that I logged in today and got a bounce and win game. My options for winnings on this game were mostly gold coins, one diamond category, and two Cash SC categories that were for $2.15. What a slap in the face hi-5 casino for how much money I have given you over the last three years that those were my winning options.!!!!! shame on you. I am done now for good and I honestly mean that you were my go to for three years. I can’t even imagine the amount of money that I’ve spent on there and what a slap in the face that that is what my offerings were for winnings. I’ll take my money elsewhere. At least I can get cash back and other perks for being a loyal customer. Oh, and not only that, but their player rankings fluctuate so much or don’t even go up at all and at the point I’m at in the ranking system I would literally have to be playing every second of the day to even maintain my placing, which is crazy because I deposit daily and play daily. You know people do have to work to be able to afford these habits, what an absolute disgrace.

Went to submit a redemption did not get to finish putting the information in where to be sent to it took my redemption and submitted it without that information so my redemption is being sent somewhere that I don't know I didn't get to fill out the information I went to cancel the redemption it won't let me cancel the redemption it says contact customer service I contact customer service they don't contact me back but with an AI response stating that my redemption will take 24 to 72 hours to receive but it won't let me cancel it like it said to do through their support no human response and then their chat AI says that I should file a dispute and look into legal arbitration doesn't that seem a little suspicious how can they submit my redemption without me being able to tell it where to go then they won't let me cancel it and they're telling me I have to go file a dispute and arbitration to take care of this are they doing this on purpose to not pay customers and hoping that they don't go through all that hassle and they just keep the money for themselves because how can they send a redemption somewhere without knowing where to go think about that one....lol

High five is great and Slot goddess Lisa is the best

This is the most messed up platform. They only let you play what they want you too. Can't get anyone to help. I deposited money and can't play the games I want!!!!! I want my money Back ...

They could do better. Others do. They’re gonna fail.

Like this online casino , 🎰 also streaming with Lisa . Very big fun and nice games ☺️

Best social casino 🎰 👌 🙌

high 5 is actually one of my favorite. They customer service is excellent. the payout out are great and they always have deals and discounts on buying. highly recommended.

Ok I have been playing this platform for awhile and tonight I redeemed money and it was in my account in less than 30 minutes. I highly highly recommend this platform. In my opinion they just get better and better. Obviously you dont always win that isnt how this works but they give alot of bonuses. By far my favorite platform.

This casino is now my fav! Ive been playing with them 4 about a year and don't get treated like a new customer.I won twice tonight, and I had BOTH of my redemptions by midnight!! IM m currently waiting for another casino to pay me from 3 weeks ago... so this is awesome. Nice to be treated like the good customer i am!
i can only find great games here. Games i usually play at the casino that no other site has besides them!! Great bonuses every 2 hours. It just has been all around, great experience . Thank u High5!!

After a few weeks of using it, I finally realized I didn’t want to continue. It feels like instead of a convenient tool, you’re getting a constant headache. I hope they’ll eventually polish the platform, but for now, my impressions have been entirely negative.

Great site and fast cashout.
My redemption process is at just under an hour now🔥❤️

One of my top 3 and I play them all! lol!

One of the cleanest apps with plenty of slots and ways to gain diamonds for Free Spins. Quickest payouts & easiest verification.

I dont recommend this social casino its only dead spins rtp is horrible.

Literally got an email with some free spins they gave me . Ended up turning those winnings into 100 and some change haha. Got the redemption in like, 2 hours. Also, this was my first time cashing out with them . 10/10 for me on that. Can't speak on customer support and such . I havent had to deal with them haha 😅 which is a good thing!!

I had a terrible experience here! Couldn't play unless using the app because they hide the SC side on the webpage only showing classic play. As well they pretty much took every penny I spent with them. They would only let me win at most 100 sc after I had lost 1000s of $ playing. Deleted the account and removed this app. App glitches and lagged 24/7 during game play on my fave slots. only time it worked is if I played something they gave me free sc boost for! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrible playing experience and extremely slow customer service. You’ll be better off taking your money to a different platform.

Put money in there restricted my account afterwards I want my money back or to be able to play games very mad!!
