Exceptional customer service. Luckily Hydepark are situated in my town, so made it that bit easier to liaise with the team.
I ordered a ladies biker jacket, measurements were spot on. I did buy the jacket in the sale and it is one of those things, my mind kept on going back to the same jacket for months. Today for some reason I checked the webpage again, and always went back to the same jacket. I knew in myself I would some regret it, if I didn’t buy it. The jacket I bought was made I believe lambs leather and called * Zoe* the RRP price £229.95, then went down to £159, then reduced finally £125. What a bargain. The collar has a sculpture wire around the collar to stay in place, zip fasten cuffs and shoulder epaulettes. Also comes with two front zip fasteners.

The company advised to measure correctly. For instance I usually wear a size 14, but have long arms. So ordering the XL was perfect and looks great on.

The jackets are lined and I love the look, kind of lived in look.

I cannot express my gratitude to the wonderful staff, telephone calls and emails answered super quick. Lovely ladies who dealt with me.

I have purchased several leather jackets and a gillet from this company and all of the garments have been of good quality and fit perfectly. Due to the other garments being of good quality I decided to purchase a leather vest which again fits perfectly. The only problem is that one of the buttons is loose and I’ve got to find someone who can sew shanks on the button before it falls off completely. Such a pity for such good quality goods.

Ordered a jacket and paid extra for next day delivery. Did not arrive next day so emailed sales for a refund and eventually received full refund. Jacket arrived today and it is very nice.

Bought a Tate jacket size XL when I received the Jacket there was no way this jacket was going to fit an XL person it’s either a manufacturing fault or they really have the size way off on this particular jacket

I cannot rate this company too highly. I have purchased 2 leather jackets and 1 leather coat. The quality of the items and attention to detail is superb and the prices (especially the sale prices) are very competitive. I have never experienced such good service from any other company - really second to none. Well done Hidepark and do keep it up!

The gilet I ordered was out of stock but Hidepark suggested a (more expensive) alternative to the price of the gilet I had ordered. I was a wee bit worried about sizing but Hidepark said it would be OK and I could always return it if I wasn't happy - so I agreed to try it.

The gilet arrived very promptly and extremely well packaged. And it exceeded my expectations with regard to design, materials and manufacturing - it fitted perfectly as they said it would.

The people involved were easy to deal with and helpful - their customer care is second to none.

I have an old hidepark Hunter jacket which is very well-worn, I asked if it would be possible to replace a stud that was damaged. I can't say how delighted I was when I was told they would have a look at it for me. I took the jacket in and was told they would do what they could and they will call me when it was done. I picked it up the next day and the stud had been replaced but also they had given the jacket a full overhaul, they stitched a pocket and repaired a small tear to the inner lining. The service was amazing and the staff were just wonderful with a very professional and friendly attitude. I can't recommend this company too highly, they are outstanding and I can tell anyone who wants a top-quality product this is the company to deal with. Thank you to all the staff who sorted me out, a very happy man reunited with a very old but repaired jacket.

Ordered jacket which was delivered within 2-3 days of order. Unfortunately the jacket wasn't suitable so was returned (free returns) for an alternative. Again very quick turnaround, but unfortunately the replacement was not suitable either. After emailing Hidepark, and receiving a very quick response, an alternative jacket was suggested. Again switched out very quickly and the new jacket arrived. The quality of all the jackets I tried was excellent. Very well made and excellent value for money. First class customer service.

Ordered a jacket for my sons Xmas present it was too big so sent it back for an exchange customer care were brilliant makes a change to be able to actually speak to someone I sent in proof of posting and they sent the other size straight out to me which was unexpected as I thought they would want the other one back first the coat was of a superb quality so well made and perfect I would highly recommend anyone to purchase from hype park leather
