Got a hide leather waistcoat as a present, top drawer quality item, really impressed with it.

This is my fourth purchase and the service was second to none the leather jacket is fantastic quality. It was out of stock but Clare found one in on of the outlets and got it sent back to the warehouse and on to me at no extra cost that’s what I call customer service absolutely amazing

Ordered a man’s leather jacket which arrived promptly.
Really pleased with the quality and style and the price. Used the measurement guide and it fits perfect too. So overall totally chuffed.

I ordered a sheepskin for my girlfriend for Christmas and it was excellent. However I had ordered the wrong size. However, Hidepark exchanged within 2 days!! A returns lable is included so exchanging was really easy. Carley was really helpful in getting my exchange completed. First class service

I ordered a leather gillet online from Hidepark, the website was nice and easy to use. The item arrived very quickly with Royal Mail, very well packaged. I had stupidly ordered the wrong size but this wasn’t a problem, there was a returns label with the parcel and I was able to fill in the enclosed returns form requesting a smaller size. Easy process to return and less than a week later my replacement gillet arrived. It’s lovely quality leather, very well made and I’m really happy with it. The whole experience dealing with them was hassle free and I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you team Hidepark.

Carley provided exceptional customer service in helping me purchase a leather jacket. She provided me with specific measurements and I ordered 2 styles to try. The returns process was very easy with free return labels provided with every purchase and refunded promptly. The jackets are of great quality with very reasonable pricing. I bought a Men's Beige Cotton Gilet on 22 May 2024, Order No.10330. Very pleased with it until yesterday (31 August 2024) the front main zip jammed. Could not get it unlatched, or get the zip working properly. Very disappointed. I would like another of the same king but not happy if the zip problem hasn't been addressed.

I ordered a waistcoat from Hidepark which was too small. I returned the item with the enclosed slip for an exchange for the next size up, however, I just received a refund instead. Happily for me the item was then at a reduced price so I ordered it again in the bigger size, but received no confirmation email like I had the first time. I was about to chase it up when I got an email saying my item had shipped, so all was well and the item has arrived and is beautiful.
Overall my experience was fine, if a little vague with comms, but I would buy from Hidepark again.

I'm buying a jacket for my wife for her 40th and, despite a few issues on my end, the team have been amazing - a particular shout out to Carley in Sales for being very patient with me and a massive help! The jackets are lovely quality, the shipping is very quick and secure, and the price is a bargain for what you get. I look forward to shopping with them again in the future!

Recently bought a fleece from Hydepark, sent it back due to poor quality and asked for different colour. That arrived. Looking like it was used as it had stain look like nose wipe. As well as poor stiching on top end if the zip.
Sent pictures as evidence. 2 days later a gentleman called on my mobile, unhappy because of my evidence. Saying why didn't we send it back.
We send back the previous one due to bad quality, so we just washed this one and mailed the poor stiching on top end of zip and mailed the pictures of the faults.
He was keep saying doing business from several years never have that kind of problem.
He wouldn't want to belive me. Even provided the evidence.
It felt I have to justify my evidence to him. At the end he said to call them before next purchase that I don't understand why.
Over all it was not a pleasant conversation and experience.

I ordered a megan black jacket. I am absolutely delighted with it. It is such a flattering fit. It was sent so nicely packaged and arrived sooner than expected.

This was a really great purchasing experience. The team were amazing at making sure I received my order - they couldn't have been more responsive, efficient and helpful.

I recently purchased a Hidepark Leather jacket in Wales and have sent several inquiries thru the company site regarding a snap which is compromised on the collar. I'm wanting a new snap as no one in my local area, Portland, Oregon, carries the identical snap. At this point in time, I've submitted several inquiries and to this day, I've had no response - this saddens me!
