Door hinges
I got my order on time but was disappointed as when picked up my hinges they were in a damaged packet and fell out at the end of box and put to bad dents in my kitchen worktop . Not happy.

Great quality
Great quality door handles, latches and hinges! Ordered in antique brass and it looks amazing, very well made and looks expensive but the price is actually attractive. Quick delivery, well packed and easy to assemble. Definitely will use again.

Customer service was not helpful
Customer service was not helpful. The female I spoke to admitted that she was covering for someone else and asked me to call back on Monday.
The item I wanted did not have full dimensions but I needed it urgently so I placed an order hoping for the best and when it arrived it didn’t fit, £1 for the hinge and £6 for delivery.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and we’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
If our sales lines are busy, your call may be answered by another member of our team who will always endeavour to assist wherever possible.
We’re also sorry that the dimensions you required were not available. We will look into the dimensions of the hinges you enquired about to see if we can provide more comprehensive information.
With regard to delivery, we use a courier service for all orders, regardless of the order value, which is why the delivery charge applies even to smaller items.
We appreciate your feedback and will take it on board.
Kitchen drawer buffers.
I purchased a very small item- door buffers, from the actual company rather than through a third party site (such as B&Q).
Although the delivery cost was high for such a small item, after contact, the company did refund the delivery costs which was very helpful.
Would have scored five stars but while some of the buffers have fixed ok but others have fallen off already.

Lovely matte black bee door knocker for our new front door. The door company only had boring options available so I sourced the knocker we liked through you instead.
