My order arrived swiftly but my chosen antique brass fitting did not match, some were from a different brand, this should flag up when ordering! Spoke to a gentleman who was very apathetic but he did give me alternatives.

We are happy to hear that your parcel arrived quickly, and we appreciate your four-star rating. We understand your disappointment regarding mismatched antique brass finishes across different brands and the lack of enthusiasm during your phone support experience. We are glad alternative options were provided, and we are taking steps to improve our website's compatibility alerts to prevent this issue in the future.

Lovely good quality curtain pole
Lovely good quality curtain pole, very easy to fit. The pole bends easily to the angle you need & I was able to cut it to size just with a handheld hacksaw. It fits perfectly in our bedroom and I’ve just ordered the same one for our bay window in the living room.
