So far had signed up to heybroadband…
So far had signed up to heybroadband and already few months in the original price of 25 pounds has gone up to 27. On their website i saw if you have wifi issues around the home you can add a nokia mesh for 4 pounds additional a month. After on the phone we learned thats not the price, its 10 pounds a month with 2 mesh add ons plus 20 pounds delivery fee, i don't understand why £20 pounds is the delivery fee when normally you get free delivery with most places.
Awful internet provider
Internet not been working since 24th May now and with no resolution in sight so paying for a service I’m not receiving and locked into a contract that would cost over £200 to get out of. Supposedly they have 30 days to resolve any issues. It’s now 36 days and they still won’t release us from the contract or fix the issues so left without internet the majority of the time.

Daniel was absolutely excellent, it was a complicated matter that required him to call me back numerous times (I was expecting to have to contact them again to follow up) but he was on the case and resolved the issue , absolutely brilliant costumer service( from this individual as I've had a really bad experience before , a number of time with this company) but this man is wonderfull, thank you .

Not sure about company, but Collin saved the day!
I decided to switch to Hey! Broadband after a door-to-door salesman promised me 900 Mbps. However, on installation day, my speed was only 90 Mbps (10 times slower than what I paid for!) The installer lied to my face, telling me to wait 2-3 days for it to speed up. Obviously, that didn’t happen. After a week of chasing, they sent a new router, but it didn't work at all even after activation. I spent hours on the phone, being passed around, promised callbacks that never happened, and left stranded for hours.
My experience was an absolute nightmare until I finally got put through to **Collin**.
Collin was an absolute lifesaver. He was incredibly patient and stayed on the line with me the entire time without hanging up once. After being deeply disappointed by this company, Collin proved to be the best employee Hey! Broadband has. He spent nearly an hour fixing the system, helping me change my Wi-Fi password, splitting the 2.4G signal, and finally tackling the speed issue. Thanks to his dedication, patience, and tech skills, my internet is now flying at the speed it actually should be.
Massive thanks to Collin! He is the only reason I am staying with this provider and feeling okay with their service now. Give this man a raise!
Additional Review / Update:
I am writing this update because after a 10-day holiday, I came back home only to find that my internet speed has dropped down to just 90 Mbps again.
It is such a shame because I thought the problem was finally fixed, and I was so happy and relieved to have figured it out after trying so hard. To see the speed drop back down after all that effort is incredibly frustrating. I really hope the team can look into this and provide a permanent solution this time.

The worst broadband
The worst broadband! Rude on the phone when I had shown proof WiFi hadn’t been working. No escape of contract despite the fact they will not provide the service they promise. Had to constantly buy data. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I am now with BT and it is amazing. It was an 18 month contract and nothing but issues and rudeness!

Unwanted door to door sales...
I have complained multiple times about the Hey Broadband door to door sales people knocking on my door, each time I've either told them, or called Hey Broadband, I've been told that I will be removed from their list, and I won't have people knocking anymore.
I've had 2 in the past 3 weeks wearing Hey Broadband uniform, neither have shown ID or announced who they're with.
I also have "No Solicitation" stickers on my door which they totally ignore.
When is Hey Broadband going to get the message that I'm not interested in their services????

BLEEDING SCAMMERS DO NO TRUST after setting up a direct debit for 54. A month they have gone into my bank account and taken £100+ then £200+ now they have take over my£300+ after agreeing to set up my direct debit months ago I have all the agreements and recorded phone calls of them agreeing to set up my direct debit then receiving calls in the same day or week saying I need to set up direct debit again and Again and again! They stoped my services because they can’t be professional and set up a simple direct debit that we agreed on ( phone calls for proof) all they have done is triggered my depression and stolen my money!
