TOMO and Alex my Loan Advisor made it super easy - they are easily available, rates are very competitive, adaptations made quickly, turnaround times are great and they are easy to communicate with by phone, mail or text. Can highly recommend them for the offer process!

They made the mortgage application and approval process easy, seamless and painless. They were able to execute quickly and provide a prequalification letter for us quickly. Their rates were competitive and with the fees waived in conjunction with the ease of the process going through a bank now seems unnecessarily burdensome. We will be recommending them to anyone needing to secure financing to purchase a home.

I have yet to close on my home, but so far, AJ has been transparent with rates and fees. Difficult, if not impossible to compete with Tomo’s rates. As for AJ, himself-he is a very helpful Loan Advisor! He has kept in contact through the process and even reached out to the seller’s agent to help clarify my pre-approval. I would definitely recommend!

Just started working with Aaron at Tomo. It’s only been one phone meeting so far but all good. Friendly, informative and easy.

Went back and forth with the representative multiple times to get a rate. Also had to explain the situation each and every time I would message the lender. He never flowed up, I always had to follow up to find out the status. Then all the sudden I get an email thanking me for working with them and to review the experience. Lender rep never responded with what the final rate would be. Very poor communication. Tomo missed out on an opportunity as the purchase was a done deal.

I’ve worked with Tomo Mortgage twice now — first to finance a vacation/secondary property purchase, and most recently for a refinance — and both experiences were excellent.

When I originally shopped lenders, Tomo offered the lowest rate by a clear margin and saved me over $10,000 in origination fees compared to other options. The process was smooth, transparent, and efficient from start to finish.

I recently refinanced with them and was able to lower my interest rate by almost a full percentage point, which will make a meaningful long-term difference. The team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout.

Three things really stood out to me with Tomo:
1. Low rates and no lender fees. Frankly - they beat all the other quotes I had. . .
2. Super helpful service. The Loan Officer was great in getting me into the right product and rate.
3. Digital experience. I felt like I had some control over the process - as their platform allowed me to know what was outstanding and send in any necessary materials.
In short - best in place service for the mortgage space.

Tomo was the best rate I could find. My real estate agent warned against using an online lender but the process was smooth start to finish. Great communication and closed on time.

HORRIBLE experience dealing with Tomo. From the beginning of the loan application process, Jack assured me Tomo could finance me with a better rate than the first lender I applied with do I proceeded, as I obviosly wanted the best rate possible. Jack got rude and dismissive when I kept following up because my closing date was approaching and they were moving too slow. So I asked for a supervisor and got Aaron. He was even worse, accusing me of being unethical because I was applying with mortgages with 2 companies! Finally, I got to his supervisor Jacob, who apologized and assured me they would get their sh*t together and then I never heard from him again!! They strung me along throughout the process, moving VERY slowly, telling me I was pre-apporoved, conditionally approved, approved, and finally cleared to close. Then 3 days before my closing they tell us that we are no longer cleared to close, then drug their feet before changing the terms of my loan (telling me I needed $30k more to close), then asking for more documents the evening before my closing!!! Thank God I had an alternative mortgage company ready, because Tomo would have cost me my home and my $10k earnest money 😡 To make matters worse, they were rude and unprofessional on several occasions throughout the process. I would NOT recommend gambling your chances of financing with this company. Now in hindsight, I see many other people have had almost the same exact experienceas me. Tomo's promised lower rates are bait and switch....its not worth gambling with them and risking losing your house and money!

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Tomo. They were helpful, answered all my questions, quick and efficient. James and Jasmine were a great team. I'd absolutely recommend TOMO for your mortgage needs.

Had a great experience with Tomo. First of all they were the most competitive rate I recieved without needing to haggle and play chess with the Loan officer. The fees were outstanding also. Overall nobody touched them on pricing. Once we decided to go with Tomo, their online process was clean and efficient. Jack Hanley and Paige Fields were great to work with. Highly recommend Tomo and will no doubt be using them again in the future.
