Paid to have a TV mounted. 3 Days in a row they set an appointment based on my availability and then cancelled the hour prior; on the third day the technician had the audacity not only to depart from their house (according to the app) 40 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start, but also to then claim it was "unserviceable" because it was a customer no-show. I was at my house the entire time sitting by the front door and cancelled plans to do so. These people are a complete and total waste of time and money.

They said they would send a technician to fix my computer. Then I got a message saying that could go d a tech to help me. They are charging me $20 monthly for service they refuse to provide. They are fraudulent.

I called and set up an appointment to have a security bulb camera installed. 1st appointment was changed and another set up. Tech called 45 minutes before the appointment to say he had a very important job to do and would come the next day and call 45 minutes before he showed up. I noticed on the appointment confirmation that the charge was total $139.32 - not the $99.00 as advertised on their website. Instead they listed at $129.00 - taxes "0" - total $139.32. DOES THAT ADD UP? They told me the price is actually $129.00 (couldn't explain why it wasn't the $99.00 they advertised it at. The $10.32 was for "safety and support fees" which they tried to tell me was insurance and support" .
In the end they are a "BAIT & SWITCH" company, with the intent to push you into a membership, otherwise called future SUBSCRIPTION revenues. They wanted me to sign up for an annual membership of $149.00 "REMOTE" plan with $19.95 per month and a $69.95 in home fee. That comes out to $459.30. Nothing on their website is clear just like their support department twists things into picking your pocket. BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR.
