Regret my purchase
Bought the box 2.0 with Bluetooth and battery. Used it less than 10x perfectly, now it won’t heat up more than 1 or 2 minutes so it’s useless. Have reached out to company but honestly the trouble of resending doesn’t feel worth it. I regret my purchase.

Very disappointed with the after-sales service. I sent an email on December 7th to report an issue with the product I received, and I still haven’t received any response.
UPDATE 07/01/2026:
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent purchase.
I placed my order at the end of November with the intention of giving the HeatsBox as a Christmas present. Upon receiving it, I immediately noticed that the lid does not close correctly.
For a product of this price range, this is unacceptable. What is even more disappointing is the lack of response from your customer service, despite my attempts to contact you.
As it is impossible to return the product without your authorization, I am currently left with a defective item and no solution. I expect a prompt response and a suitable resolution.

J’ai testé plusieurs box avant d’avoir découvert la Heatsbox … excellente 🤩 je l’utilise surtout en voyage (voiture) une petite pose avec un repas chaud c’est l’idéal car les resto au bord des autoroutes c’est pas toujours l’idéal, alors sa nourriture préférée… juste parfait je recommande fortement ces Heatsbox génial pour moi très bon compromis 🤩🤩

Ich habe am 14.11 direkt über die Homepage eine heatsbox 2.0 zu € 119.00 bestellt. Leider weder Ware noch Rückmeldung auf meine zahlreichen Emails und Chat Nachrichten erhalten, täglich geprüft. Hier braucht mir keiner des Teams kommen, Emails u Spam täglich geprüft.
Sehr schade, da mit Beantwortung innerhalb 2 Tage geworben wird. Ein miserabler Kundenservice, der Umgang mit Kunden sehr enttäuschend.
Die Box war als Geschenk gedacht... bin sehr enttäuscht wie es abläuft

Poor battery life. It takes ages to heat the food and the food doesn't properly as well. The battery life is also poor. I heat my food once and the battery gets dead. Not a value of money. Bought it straight from the website 1.5month ago. ☹️

I sent the item back for a refund. The item was never used, and in its original packaging. I provided tracking and the item arrived in late October. I sent an email asking for an update about the refund but I was completely ignored. Do not trust this company or do business with them. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Invoice 39530

I was refunded my money, on the 14th of November after this review was submitted. I still would not trust this business. Instead of doing business the right way, I was refunded only after the negative review. This company even tried to have my review deleted from Trustpilot, claiming it was defamatory. There is nothing defamatory about the truth! Avoid this business, so you do not have an experience like I had.

Faulty box
After my purchase back in July, I had problems with the lid in the box not sealing properly and leaking my food when transporting.
I have contacted the customer services and given them all the information and they have not been helpful on giving me a solution or replacement.
This is a premium heat box, for the price i paid, but I am not happy with this product and wouldn't recommend to anyone else.
