We were treated with dignity and compassion from beginning to end. Olivia was so caring and made the whole experience bearable.

Karen and Sam were so amazing in such a difficult time. They answered all of our questions with compassion and checked in with us regularly. This was particularly comforting because there was so much going on that we'd often forget what we had said or arranged and would need reminding.
During the funeral, Sam made sure everything was in place and our family knew what was happening. She directed our guests and allowed us to say goodbye how we wanted to. There was a very difficult moment when our family were particularly distressed at the funeral and Sam was so amazing and supportive. I really do not know how we would have coped without their incredible guidance at every step.

I chose Heart of england Co'op Funerals Rugby when my dear Husband passed away suddenly.
I dealt with Jordan Shilton, the Funeral Director and he was so helpful and guided me all through the proceedings. He kept me informed and phoned me when he said he would and was so reliable.
All of our friends and family said that the funeral was so lovely and a real tribute to my Husband, Richard. All this was due to Jordan's guidance and organisation I will recommend Jordan Shilton to everyone.

My Mother had bought a Coop Funeral Care plan online, at the time of her death we realised it wasn't the Heart of England Coop Funeral in Bilton Road, Rugby, as Mum would have expected it to be.
The process to redeem the care plan and services became seamless because of the care, understanding and respect of the team from Bilton Road Coop.

Carolyn showed our Family compassion, care and understanding when we we met them in peaceful environment at their premises, and offered us different choices to suit our needs. Thank you for also setting up the tribute page so people were able to leave their thoughts and consider making donations to the charities of our Mum's choosing.

We would also like to thank Emma, who was the Funeral Director on the day and we would also like to thank the Coop for their recommendations for the Vicar who conducted the Service.

Based on our overall experience, or Family can recommend the Heart of England Coop Funerals at Bilton Road, Rugby for their dedication and quality to service.

The funeral/cremation was at Rainsbrook Crematorium Rugby which is also superb.

The service I received was so kind ,and very professional & caring. Putting all my anxiety & stress of the whole process at ease.

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and thoroughness of all the staff at the Kenpas Highway branch. After the shock of my Dad's sudden passing they explained the entire process in patient detail, after one visit I felt that everything was very much in hand. Thanks to Joyce in particular who really couldn't have been more helpful. On the day itself all the staff including Georgette who directed proceedings and the drivers and bearers were considerate and professional to a tee. Five stars from me and I would recommend them to anyone. At such a difficult time it's an immense help to have the arrangements taken care of by experts.

We were very well looked after by Karen, Tracy and their colleagues, the overall service is well organised and efficient yet at the same time considerate and sensitive to individual requirements. Highly recommended.

Planning funerals is never an enjoyable task but the Team at Heart of England Co-op Funerals are exceptionally talented at making it an easier process to manage. They offer a lot and when the funeral comes along they manage it with professionalism and care that allows the family to get through the moment. I can't recommend them enough they are the one company we have used on repeated occasions.

The staff who supported us from start to finish were amazing. They were all so patient and understanding, nothing was ever too much to ask. Diane was so lovely and explained the process clearly but compassionately to us. Thank you for guiding us into the hands of Tracie Bloor, the most perfect celebrant that we could have asked for. She listened most patiently and carefully to us all. She understood how we wished mom to be remembered and brought such a sincere , and personal touch to the service.

We thank Jordan, our Funeral Director for the day, for being so courteous and professional, he led the funeral proceedings with such grace.

Beautiful comments were given to us , following the service and was constantly told that Mum would have been so proud of her beautiful send off.

We called into the branch to find out about funeral plans and were immediately made to feel welcome by Debbie, who even offered us a cup of tea. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel under any pressure.

Excellent from start to finish. Michelle took care of us at the Daventry office and explained everything to us at a clear and steady pace. We never felt rushed at any point. I never realised that there was so much to be done before the funeral can go ahead but everything fell into place before the big day. Jordan and his team handled everything very professionally and allowed me to be one of the coffin bearers which was a huge privilege for me and something I will never forget. The team at the Co op made an extremely stressful and upsetting time completely manageable - they took all the stress out of organising everything for the funeral.
