Just realized this scam company has…
Just realized this scam company has been charging my cc $29.99 for months. I don't even have this app. I have talked with my CC and they are blocked. I have contacted the company - I never signed up and downloaded the app. Just got an email saying they canceled my "subscription" (that I never signed up for).

Det rent svindel. App’en kan ingenting. Trækker 30 dollars fra din konto om måned. Kan ikke stoppes eller siges op. Skamløst at Appel lukker dem ind.
Tak for jeres svar, men I har svindlet mig en gang. Hvis I får mit kontonummer gør I det igen.

Don’t use it, it’s a scam
It’s a scam to take £29.99 a month from customers after a small initial sign up fee.
They don’t have the courtesy to send you information about the upcoming payments that they are going to take from you.
The App itself is difficult to use and doesn’t give you the promised monitoring.

Had my doubts while looking at the ad but after few days of use got really used to it
Didn't think I would need any new health app but I found features provided very useful
- There's a bit of a lag

I cancelled this subscription 4 weeks ago but they still keep taking money from my account. I’ve had to report them to my bank as fraudulent

I would give it o stars if I was able to.
This app took £29.99 from my bank account without my authorisation.
I did get in touch and they stated that it was in the agreement when downloading the app. The app is misleading g about the blood glucose monitor, therefore it’s a scam.
I have unsubscribed and notified my bank as a fraud and also suspended my card.
Warning do not download the app.

This is a scam
This is a scam. You pay the 6.99 through Apple Pay for the download of the app and then you have to set up an account to understand what the app can and can’t do. It does not monitor glucose level on your watch without a medical device to connect to. This is not spelled out in the add. Next thing you know you are charged 29.99 a month. When you go to cancel the subscription it says your email address does not exist in its account. Auto emails come back - no way to contact them direct to cancel the account.

We never signed up for the product, but somehow we were still billed. Have made several attempts to get a refund and all we get is a standard reply on how to cancel. I have zero trust in this company from our experience. I need a reply.

Presenta publicidad engañosa: Afirma medición de niveles plasmáticos de glucosa desde el AppleWatch, cuando únicamente ofrece la posibilidad de ir introduciendo mediante teclado los niveles que se obtengan desde glucómetro externo o analítica. Además, incita la adquisición directa desde el propio anuncio (en redes), de manera que se elude la información de opiniones negativas (casi unánimes) y de que se trata de una suscripción recurrente, de la que se está abonando únicamente el primer mes. Muy peligroso por la manipulación que realizan para suscribirse sin casi percatarse de ello.
